The Fbi called to ask if I can send pictures to see if someone was in the background for a crime that was committed, I don't feel comfortable sharing personal pictures, should I still comply? If it helps close the case and they would never contact again then I would send them, but how do I know after this they they wont ask for anything more?

If we file the I-751 form 90 days before the expiration date, and the processing time takes longer than 90 days (As we are unsure how long it takes, if we apply in time)

So the question is:

Will the conditional resident still be able to continue working at current company where he is employed as full time if the processing takes longer than 90 days?

If the applicant is an international student (F1-visa) and working as Software Engineer having work authorization granted by USCIS as having an advanced degree and the income is between $75-85K.

In order to file his immigration, besides the forms I - 485, I- 765,I-130 AND I-131, what to do with I-864 form ? Is it required in this case?
