I have a Pakistani passport that is expiring in 3 months, I will be going to Pakistan from the U.S. for a month, does the 6 month validity apply to me even though I already have a pakistani passport? (I also have a U.S. PR card)

No, it applies to foreign visitors, not to Pakistani nationals!
