Disputing an airfare increase when purchasing ticket?
The ticket price was $839 and after I was done entering my debit card information and clicked submit, I had been charged $879 within 5 minutes! Can I dispute this charge?
The price was all inclusive of taxes and fees, but when I added the ticket again, the price was $879 and no longer $839 like before, so will I still lose?

Dispute it with whom?
Your bank? No. You authorized the charge. They cannot adjust a third-party merchant's price for you.
The vendor? Sure, you can try. You may or may not get resolution. My guess is the extra $50 is an additional fee that was stated in the tiny print somewhere.

no. many sites show the base ticket price that does not include the added fees and taxes. there is a disclaimer on the site somewhere or the receipt should tell you what is the actual fare and what the other fees are.

We have no idea what you clicked on. Chances are the quote was "plus tax" or "plus fee" of some sort and you just failed to note that.

clearly you didn't notice the taxes and other airline fees.. you can dispute it but you will LOSE
