That's just regular white candy melts.  It's the lighting. I've made those.

sorry! you cannot get white chocolate to be as bright white as fondant or Crisco buttercream icings. 

You must deal with the creamy white of the cocoa butter!

we'll you could buy some white chocolate and add it to that will get it whiter. Another thing you could use a white color that's edible to pour it over it. yeah
