I had watch repaired and serviced at H Samuel.

I asked for scratched crystal glass to be replaced, but i wanted the original glass returned.

also a baton had fallen off inside the face. number 7. I asked that it be re-glued.

when watch was returned there had no original glass ( they said it had broken while removing it) and there was glue clearly visible around the name of watch..where there had been none before!

they agreed to give me a full refund.

But now the baton has again fallen off, and H Samuel say the repair is out of guarantee.

So I now have missing glass and glue on watch face and the baton is loose inside face.

can i sue them!

the watch has great sentimental value

was It was on a par with the last film?

it shutdown a few times then just died.

if I replace them is there likely to be something else wrong?

An item has appeared in my basket which i didn't i didn't place there

It was not there yesterday. nor earlier today.

when i phoned Amazon they said the item was put in basket on the 13 February. If that's true why was it not there yesterday or today?

I,m puzzled . Amazon just say delete and and change password.

I had a replacement battery in HTC, Phone but i Left it to discharge for a few days as i bought new phone. when i tried to charge it. nothing. no blinking lights just dead. i tried charging for few hours still nothing. when i put in original battery it works fine. any I can get my spare battery back charging?
