Whats going on in Amazon?
An item has appeared in my basket which i didn't i didn't place there
It was not there yesterday. nor earlier today.
when i phoned Amazon they said the item was put in basket on the 13 February. If that's true why was it not there yesterday or today?
I,m puzzled . Amazon just say delete and and change password.
Any idea?
they must have some idea!
well if I did accidentally add the item why was it not there yesterday or earlier today?
it 100% was not there!

is it an item you were looking at? In which case, you might have accidentally pressed the "add to basket" button.
If the item is strange to you, then it could be someone has accessed your account. Do what Amazon say and change your password.

You or someone put it in the basket. They probably don't know and don't really want to waste valuable and time and resources when they've given you advice on how to fix it. Change your password, remove the item and you're done. Problem solved.
