What's the price range on K98's these days? There's a local gun shop that said that they have sniper variants for $900 (Don't know their condition). Really would like to get a German one (of course), but there seems to be a lot of Yugo's out there too. Thanks!

I'm going to sign up for a steamfitting apprenticeship tomorrow, but I'm scared my job history will hurt me. After high school, I went a few years without having a job and I know that can look bad. I was thinking about saying I worked at a restaurant for a few years that has gone out of business so if they did try to get in contact with the place, they couldn't. Should I do this? I want to do it the honest way, but I really want this to work out and I know other people have lied too. And lying about having one job isn't something that I will find that would haunt me and will regret it tremendously. Thanks!

I know the chances of this scenario happening are rare unless I was into pedophile type stuff, but let's say a girl was wearing a Ring Pop (remember those?!). My line would be (in a fun playful manner) something like," Sweet purity ring!" Sure I could say something about a wedding ring, but the purity ring line sounds a lot more fun.

I want to change the factory sights on my Mossberg 835 rifled barrel and put on some Tru-Glo sights on so I can actually hunt up to the last minutes of shooting time which is impossible to do now. I know the rear sight will be a piece of cake, but when trying to take off the front sight, I can't get the thing to budge at all. Anyone know what to do? Thanks.

PS- I did remove the little screw in the front sight ramp if you were wondering.

Was trying to see if they were illegal, but I don't see them listed on the gun ban list. This is actually surprising, unless I'm look at the list before they revised it.

My dad has a Davis Industries Derringer in .38 Special and from what I read, Davis Industries makes (or made) crap guns. But even if it is crap, it's still fun to shoot and definitely draws some eyes at the range. I've shot it at about 15 yards (before I knew anything about barrel length) and didn't hit a thing. Also shot at about 7 yards using Federal American Eagle ammo and didn't hit anything. Does anyone know what ammo shoots good (or since it's crap, decent) through one of these? With the way ammo prices are and no job currently to buy a wide range of ammo, I'd rather have a box that shoots well than go through a bunch of boxes and waste money.

Not sure if this is normal for bolts on Type 99 Arisakas or any Arisaka for that matter. But when I slide the bolt forward to close it, it will stop which then I have to push it forward because of what I assume is the spring inside the bolt about a 1/8" inch, then close it. It doesn't just slide forward to the receiver to where you close it easily like other bolt actions.

The gun and the bolt definitely need cleaning and this could be the issue. Never have took the bolt apart either mainly because I didn't know much about the gun or bolt to do so (have recently watched videos about taking the bolt apart and reassembly). Anyone know what the issue is, if any?

How much more do the Glock's in Flat Dark Earth cost? Need to go to the range and shoot different guns/calibers to see what I like, but if I do get a Glock, I would love to have one in Flat Dark Earth. So sexy ha!

There's a cute girl at a club, wedding, etc. (pretty much anywhere where there's dancing) and she's standing to the side not dancing or anything. Then a guy walks over to her and says in a confident and fun way, "Why isn't your cute a$$ on the dance floor?"

Would this be a good line because I was thinking about trying it the next time I go to the club and dance?

Someone who is constantly bored on their own and needs human contact (face to face, texting, etc,) is a boring person. Also makes them clingy and needy in my opinion.

Not as shy now, but this would really piss me off and was wondering if y'all had to deal with this too. Of course when you're shy, it annoys people that you don't talk and some think it's rude. So have you actually went and said something (just something random or asking them something) to one of these people and they either ignore you sometimes even looking right at you or say, "You talk!". Anyone else have this happen to them?

We just adopted a Yorkie mix (6 months old) a couple days ago (so he's neutered as of Monday) and he is either humping toys or trying to hump my Chipoo (3 years). And when this happens, they start to fight because my dog doesn't like it (I assume this is a dominance thing). And when the Yorkie has a toy and my Chipoo wants it, they can get snappy at each other. Is there a way to fix this? The last thing I want to do is take him back (besides the humping, he's really a good fun dog).

I have a 20 gauge Remington 870 and went turkey hunting a while back when it was raining. I don't have rust issues like some people have, but I forgot to take the barrel off the gun and dry where the barrel goes into the receiver and it rusted. I don't care to get it parkerized or the whole thing blued, but do you think the gun bluing from the store will cover up the rust spot? Or any other suggestions? I don't really use it to hunt anymore besides going to the range and having fun because I'm older and have upgraded, but really do want to do something quick and easy (if possible) to cover up that rust. I was planning on going to the 76ers/Wizards game this Friday. My sister is a big Nick Young fan (Don't ask me why because I don't understand it either) and thought about getting tickets near the locker room entrance so she can see him and I can talk trash haha. It'll also be cool to be pretty close (11-15 rows back) but are these good seats in your opinion or should I spend less money for mid court seats at the top or middle level? Heard behind the basket seats suck but these would be more towards the corner. I've only been to a few college games which was a while ago and the only NBA game I've went to was a Charlotte Hornets/Bullets game when I was 6 so it was a long time ago.

I usually do a warm up (5 minutes of some type of cardio), then do my weight training on whatever body part I have planned for the day for at least an hour and then finish with at least 30 minutes of cardio but sometimes I'll go up to an hour.

I read that you should take it within 30 minutes of your workout, but it's kind of redundant to take it for cardio because I take it to build muscle and sometimes I'll go over that 30 minute time frame when doing cardio. So should I take it after I finish my whole workout or after I lift? Thank you!

Are all parts and accessories universal? Also, what AR-15 do you recommend buying? I'm not sure where things are going with the ban of these so called "assault rifles", but I want to get one just in case.

I wish I could ride with them down all the time.
