When to take my Muscle Milk, Protein Shake, etc.?

I usually do a warm up (5 minutes of some type of cardio), then do my weight training on whatever body part I have planned for the day for at least an hour and then finish with at least 30 minutes of cardio but sometimes I'll go up to an hour.

I read that you should take it within 30 minutes of your workout, but it's kind of redundant to take it for cardio because I take it to build muscle and sometimes I'll go over that 30 minute time frame when doing cardio. So should I take it after I finish my whole workout or after I lift? Thank you!

    I was trying to build muscle for the longest time and let me tell you it sure aint easy. When i was in high school i was constantly picked on for being small and not having any muscle. I was actually bullied a lot throughout high school because iw as so small. Eventually in my senior year of high school i as researching ways to build muscle and a friend of mine suggested http://mussclemaximizerr.com/ i was skeptical at first so i waited a few months and tried to do it on my own. I was lifting weights and eating as much protein as i could but it just wasnt working, i kept thinking back to the site my friend sent me to. He had muscle and was NEVER bullied in school so i decided what the heck ive tried everything else what could this hurt. Im so thankful that i listened to my friend and got this, it has helped me out SO much. I was biceps and for once i have a 6 pack that girls go crazy over lol. I can finally walk by the river with my shirt off and not feel embarrassed about my small body. This has taught me so much like when to work which set of muscles, what foods to eat (i thought i was eating the right foods but it turns out i wasnt), how much cardio to do, etc. I would recomend this to anyone if your looking to build muscle then you deffinetly want to try this. Good luck and remember never give up when things get tough.
