Are These Bad Seats For A Basketball Game?

I was planning on going to the 76ers/Wizards game this Friday. My sister is a big Nick Young fan (Don't ask me why because I don't understand it either) and thought about getting tickets near the locker room entrance so she can see him and I can talk trash haha. It'll also be cool to be pretty close (11-15 rows back) but are these good seats in your opinion or should I spend less money for mid court seats at the top or middle level? Heard behind the basket seats suck but these would be more towards the corner. I've only been to a few college games which was a while ago and the only NBA game I've went to was a Charlotte Hornets/Bullets game when I was 6 so it was a long time ago.
