Whats some good advice to say to my younger cousin, who is a girl, when she says she wishes he would notice her?

When I bend my finger back theres a little bit of pain and when I try to crack the knuckle it feels like it needs to crack but it wont. The pain isnt really anything im just curious to know if anyone else as had this before and knows what the deal is

I am curious as to how people feel about him. I keep seeing him constantly going out of his way to trash Arizona State and Ohio State in many meaningless ways, like he has a personal vendetta against them both.. I think him constantly bashing Ohio State and Arizona State is getting out of hand. I feel like in Arizona State's case, he is just butthurt that Todd Graham ditched his alma mater for a better school.

I'm not one to normally do things like this , but i was looking thru friends suggestions on Facebook and came across this really cute girl. I sent her a friend request and she accepted. Now I am stumped on what to do next. I could just say Hey, but i feel like the girl would just blow that off because it doesn't take real effort. Is there anything better to say that isn't weird sense this can be a weird thing to do at times?
