Has anyone been in a marriage that your spouse cheated and then stopped cheating?

Has anyone been in a marriage with domestic violence and the violence stopped?

What was the reason?

I dreamed I was going down a dirt road, the road was overgrown with grass, not traveled much, the road became very bumpy, then I came across four yellow poles in a line in the center of the road, I rose above them and continued down the road. When I got to the end of the road, it dropped off in a cliff. I just dont get the cliff, the road ended at a cliff. Thank you

I have been with my husband for two years. I year of dating and one year of marriage. My husband has a really bad temper and every time he gets mad he either makes me leave or he leaves me for weeks at a time. This has happened about every 8 weeks since we have been together. When he is gone he will not answer his phone or call me. Should I continue with the marriage, we have no children, no property and no communication. I can always tell when he is about to do it again. This is no way to live.

they are 1 week old, she is moving them about 10 times a day. I let her move them a few times to a more comfortable spot for her. Now she is picking up her puppies and laying them at my feet. I also have to make her lay down to feed them. Can I do any more than what I am doing now? She stated doing this two days ago, and now doesn't want to lay down to feed them.

As a child, my husband had a recurring dream, the dream was: It was night and in the desert, he was walking down a road and he was rolling a tire on the road with his hands, he could see a town in the distance, the town was his destination, but he could never get there. He had this dream over and over and still talks about it.

My spouse has a narcissistic personalilty. I am drained. How can I deal with this every day. All seuggestion, ideas, anything, PLEASE!

found out later in life (I'm 45) that your father has a secret life with another woman and has more children, who would be my steps. I am totally in shock! If this happened to you, how did you handle it?

I know this may sound silly, my husband is letting his 8 year old jump on my $1000 bed, if the kid breaks it, too bad for me, I asked to him to have the kid stop and hubby got mad.....your opinion please!

I do not let my kids on my computer, jump on my bed....dont let them bother my husbands belongings...etc. etc...try to teach them respect for other peoples property. He has let his kid break my table, chairs, and some cherished hand me downs from grands..etc...not a power struggle, he lets the kid act in this kind of behavior. Not a problem unless it is my property.

If he is going to let the kid jump, why not on his bed, instead of mine.

Hubby got mad because he thinks his kid should be allowed to do whatever he wants, no matter what!

Hubby doesnt let his child touch anything of his!

When does a person know a marriage is over? I have been married two years. My husband starts fights, leaves or forces me to leave. This has happened four times. The first time was a few days, second time a week, third time two weeks, this time has been 3 weeks. He wont answer his phone while he is gone, then accuses me of cheating when he comes back. I am so tired of the BS. I see his pattern and know when hes about to do it again. He says its not anything I am doing or not doing. Theres nothing I can do to prevent it. Any suggestions or comments? I am ready to end it.

My mother in law has demanded my husband divorce me, and my husband is considering it! Has anyone else dealt with anything like this? Her only reason is because she says she does not like me. Please give me feed back, this is blowing my mind!

I have read so many questions asking Are you Happy in your Marriage?, Should I leave?, Should I stay? The truth is, no marriage is going to be Happy all the time! Life is not Happy all the time! Guess its just easier to get with someone new til the new wears off and guess what, Im not happy again! Is their anyone out there that got married for better or worse? Is their anyone committed to their marriage? Does anyone care what happens to the kids when theres a divorce? Or is everyone just concerned about their own happiness?
