Does anyone have any recipes for raw oats groats prepared overnight in a thermos?

Im aware of the distance. I just want a feasible and safe route.

Often I visit nutritiondata.com and have begun to wonder if the information is misleading when concerning raw foods. When considering the nutrition panel for raw foods, is the information including the nutrition that is not bioavailable due to the cellulose or is the also included? According to the site 1 cup of kale has 2.2 grams of protein. Is that really so?

How much of the nutrition remains to be indigestible as a result of our inability to digest the cellulose in plants? Is there anyway to digest the nutrition held within cellulose?

How much dehydrating do you do? Would you say it's a mainstay for your lifestyle or is it a rarely tapped commodity? I'm thinking about buying a dehydrator and I am not sure if will come to of any use.i don't want a $300+ machine sitting around abandoned like all my cookware I bought a month before I decided to go raw vegan lol...

I'm inclined to think so being that webmd leans to such thinking... With regards to mice albeit. Does its bioavailability extend to all mammals with a due equivalence to that of b-12 absorbed from meat counterparts? Or is it a semi-pseudovitamin?

Throughout all 20 years of my life I've often encounter dishes that had a distinct flavor of Raid and cockroaches about it. It wasn't until yesterday when I prepared a vegan dish with cilantro I discovered this wholesome evil. I puked it up and couldn't eat for a day. The FDA should warn people about this. It is undoubtedly the root of all evil. Has anyone else here experienced this foul soapy(raid) flavor from Cilantro?

So I was making raw sundried tomato hummus in my blender and it caught fire... Vegan ism can result in 3rd degree burns or a humiliating death.

So I've been rather busy and unintentionally soaked my chickpeas in water for 4 days. They're releasing this bubbly white substance atop the the water. Would death soon follow if I choose to eat them? I was so looking forward to making raw hummus...

I just eat and eat and yet I'm always hungry. What am I doing wrong? I eat a lot of fruits, nuts, and some veggies. I'm also trying to gain weight and this isn't working...

After giving up sweets I attained an esoteric kind of consciousness that allowed me to realize how sickly I felt whenever I would eat sweets thereafter. Somehow that lent itself to my comsumption of meat. The malaise was less noticeable but all the same it was there. Now that I've decided to give it all up I've bought an array of colorful fruits and veggies, nuts, tubers, and seasonings and have realized I have little idea what to do with it all. I intend to follow the raw vegan lifestyle and also wish to gain muscle mass. I spend a lot of time in the gym and doing body weight exercises. Anyone with any suggestions... It's just me and my kale right now... I didn't even know about kale until yesterday. So far I'm surviving off of cashews, grapes, oranges and salads and I'm quite content.

On my tax return it ask which states I lived in and there is some confusion. As of now I have lived in California for 9 months but I do not have residency here. My residency is in Maryland. Do i choose california as a state i live in or just as a state i have earned income in? Or neither?

Why is it everytime, like clockwork, before i run or reach the start point for running i have to use the restroom? I mean my body does a full purge. Everything comes out, whether it is digested or not. This happens everytime before i even start. Ive tried waking up an hour early to use the restroom but nothing happens till I reach the proximity of the track field or running course.

When I seach for shirts online I often find a list of the shirts dimensions. The problem I'm havin is that when ever i seach online for determining arm length I often find 2 methods. The first states that I should measure from the back of my neck to the wrist for sleeve length and the other states that I should measure from the tip of my shouler to my wrist. why did he create anything at all. The concept of perfect constitutes a complete system. What would compel God to seek disequilibrium in his perfect system by creating anything at all if he already has everything he requires and could possibly want?

Have we not realized that the world encompasses a myriad of colors and ethnicities? A black person could fashion themselves in Asian culture and be initially considered trying to acculturate to white culture (whatever that is...)being that it is so loose. This may not apply to certain area's but amongst communities that have a thriving or live near a black community this is highly prevalent it seems. Bi-racial people are usually denoted initially by their African heritage.Why can't we just default our being as the human race(the mentality) rather then deferring to a racial agenda and ascribed status? It seems to place a buffer between us all.

I have a gift card that initially had a tender amount of $300. I forgot to register my card until after a purchase that was denied. The amount was deducted and placed under a pending transaction. Now 3 days later my I expected the pending transaction to expire but now my current balance has reached $300 and my available balance is 119( the amount from my transaction that was denied). and their is a posted transaction of $300 with the description "FUNDING RECEIVED 000," What does all of this mean?

To elaborate is it possible for someone who may prefer to pay with 2 debit/credit/gift cards for one purchase?
