my wife is a new graduate veterinarian and currently looking for a job in florida. she has seen some practices that she likes but private practices have basically said that they would be very upset if they had to give maternity leave in the first 2 years which is a problem for us as we are hoping to try for a baby next year. banfield said that maternity is not a problem with them. banfield also offer better benifits and pay which unfortunately is a big thing for us as we have huge student loans to pay off. they have a much better health care programme and will cover me too which is good as i work in construction and will probably find it hard to find a job offering health care. our biggest problem with this is that we are worried that if we try to move on to a new practice in say 2 years will other practices look at her cv and be put off by the fact that she worked for banfield

i am starting an interior designing assignment where i have to pick a celebrity and design a getaway apartment for them. my fiance and I are getting married in Ponce, Puerto Rico on the 28th of august this year. we need someone to perform our outdoor ceremony. we are catholic but we realise it is very difficult to get a priest to perform a ceremony outside of the church so we are willing to have a non denomination religious ceremony or to be married by a judge or justice of peace as long as its a nice ceremony. could anyone recommend anyone or know where i could find someone. help would be much appreciated
