I'm 24 years old (almost 25) and I JUST got my driver's license. I'm trying to buy a car and came across some options that I can afford but I'm super concerned about insurance costs.

I live in Springfield MA (A high insurance city) and I'm in between an 09 Honda Accord and an 07 Toyota Camry.

Ideally, I would like to have my own policy for personal reason's of not wanting to be entwined with my mother. My father lives out of state. I don't have friends close enough and with better driving history that could go on with me so I'm likely on my own.

I'm going to want full coverage (or at least mostly full)

What are some good insurance options for new drivers who aren't 16 year old kids? I tried to get one of those free quotes online and came up with a number like $706.00 a month which is just ridiculous.

I know I'm not going to come away with a $150 a month plan but is there anyway I can get at least $250 - $300?

ANY help would be appreciated.

Last summer I bought a Kenmore 253.70051 5,200 BTU AC unit for my Bedroom. From Day 1 it never worked properly. It has always blown "cool" air but never enough (even after running for hours at a time with all windows and doors sealed) to cool my bedroom which is all I bought it for. It seems to turn between the modes fine and I know it is not just the fan going because when I switch it from Fan Mode to "Cool" there is a noticeable difference but even on the coldest setting it is not cooling my room.

What is wrong with it? How much do you suppose it would cost to fix it? Is it even worth it?

I'm working on getting more synchro monsters as well as some dark bribes and toon table of contents. I need help on a good balance and deciding what to take out/ put in to make it strong and consistent

I have a 1994 Chevrolet cavalier. It looks like I will need to replace the entire brake system as the breaks seem shot to hell. How much will that cost? I paid like 600$ for the car and it was great for a couple years but Im wondering if its worth it to get the vehicle fixed or if I should just save up and buy another one. Also, does anyone know where I can go to get good advice on places to take it to, and price quotes and the like?

my friend and I are creating an rpg, one of the classes is a blood magus. Someone who harnessess the residual life energy found in blood to perform magic. Im having difficulty coming up with names for spells that dont have the word blood in them, (I have like a thousand of those already. I've tried, scarlet wave, and crimson rain, but thats only two. any help would be greatly appreciated.

for some reason one day when I went to go on aim (I have it on saved screename and password so its definitely the same one I've been using forever) It said that it was invalid. I created a new one and it let me log into that and I even added my real one as a friend and it shows up with the same message I left on it (happy birthday to me) I tried using the "forgot your password" thing but it requires an alternate email address which I didnt have when I made the aim account because I made the damn thing like 11 years ago before anything else was out. Anyone have a solution for this problem? While yes its true that I have access to a new one I would like my old one as it has contacts that I cannot retrieve otherwise.

Additionally I have an aol mail account that I like never use and it got so full of junk mail that I couldn't even select them all to delete. Consequently I cant log into that anymore either.

My phone got water damage and so wont work. I need to switch my number to an old phone in the meantime cuz I cant afford a new one atm. I recall there being a number I call but Im not sure what it is, can anyone help me out?

I once read a book, modern fantasy in which these teens essentially combined science with magic to produce formulae for their spells. In one installment of the series they managed to shrink down to a microscopic level and convince a legion of cancer cells afflicting one of their mothers to desist in their destruction thereby saving her life. Does anyone know what I am talking about because I cant remember enough about it to search it proberly

I have an HP Pavillion series dv6000 laptop computer. A few days ago the charger broke and was sparking because the cable got frayed and some wires were misplaced as a result. I shut the computer off and used it sparringly for a few days afterward until it finally ran out of power on its own. Since then, I have puchased a new charger ac adapter. However, when I tried to boot up the machine a blue light flashes three times uner the lightning bolt symbol and it doesnt turn on. The blue light at the port for the power cord indicates that the ac adapter is working properly and this has been verified by testing on another laptop of the exact same make and model. Whether the battery is in or out of the machine, it doesnt boot up, however when the battery is out, I noticed that not even the blue power signal lights up. Is my computer simply not receiving the power from the charger for some reason and therefore not feeding it to the battery either? Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

So I find that when confronted with almost any negative situation involving my self image, my first instinct is to lie and its really affecting my life. I can't help but lie to save face, and as a result I'm making dumber and dumber and more selfish and indulgent decisions because I've become so good at lying that no one but I will know about it. I feel like I think as long as everyone thinks Im doing well, its o.k. regardless of the fact that Im not. My family thinks I have a job, and go to college still, and neither of those things are true, infact I've been borrowing money from relatives discreetly and stealing money from my roomate to pay the my share of the bills. This has not always been so and I feel like I've lost myself, I dont know where I went wrong, or why. How the hell did this happen to me? I am young, (20) healthy, fairly intelligent, (when was in school I graded and tested exceptionally) for whatever reason, I just started completely self destructing and putting up this facade. I feel like I care more about everyone else THINKS I'm doing than how well I am actually doing.

I have my aim set to remember my screen name and password, I was just on this morning and when I tried to logg on this evening it said invalid username or password. I know for a fact that I didnt change anything, and I even tried retyping them both. I also can't get on to aol mail. I haven't actuallly checked my mail in quite sometime do to ridiculous amounts of spam, I just use the instant messenger and let the mail build up, is it possible that they deleted my account because of lack of use and the instant messenger went with it? I would rather not have to create a new one as it is the same one I've had for 9 or ten years now and it has contacts that would be impossible for me to relocate and replace. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated

Does anyone else think they totally wasted the save on Matt? I mean he's only had a few actually good performances and those weren't even as good as the 2nd or third best of most of the other current contestants performances. There's no way that he'll survive next week with not one but TWO people going home, he's barely managed to get through with just one person going home. And I think Lil is right, as far as the judges go she's kinda damned if she does damned if she doesn't. That said, she should probably go next to Matt. and Anoop is great, but he totally wont sell. And Kris is hot but he wont either. Thoughts, opinions?

In what time period does the novel "Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahniuk take place? as in what decade/decades? Im halfway through and at times it seems to take place so long ago and at others it seems more recent. I understand that it jumps back and forth between periods of their lives.

I'm not myself a very big twilight fan, although I am currently reading the last book, however I am so tired of seeing it everywhere both in the negative and the positive. I wish people would stop rallying about how much it sucks, and I wish people would stop drooling about how amazing they think it is. enough is enough, some like it and others don't, I get it, why can't people just agree to disagree and call it a frickin day fro crying out loud. It just seems like I encounter far more bi-sexual women than men. Is it that there are more bi-sexual people in general than people realize and women are just more likely to be willing to accept/explore this side of their curiosity? Or is there a cultural thing going on that affects women more drastically than men?
