Cant log my aim account?

for some reason one day when I went to go on aim (I have it on saved screename and password so its definitely the same one I've been using forever) It said that it was invalid. I created a new one and it let me log into that and I even added my real one as a friend and it shows up with the same message I left on it (happy birthday to me) I tried using the "forgot your password" thing but it requires an alternate email address which I didnt have when I made the aim account because I made the damn thing like 11 years ago before anything else was out. Anyone have a solution for this problem? While yes its true that I have access to a new one I would like my old one as it has contacts that I cannot retrieve otherwise.

Additionally I have an aol mail account that I like never use and it got so full of junk mail that I couldn't even select them all to delete. Consequently I cant log into that anymore either.
