IMPORTANT: I need to change a MALE END USB into MALE END 1/4" JACK. in other words, an adapter WITH male usb and male 1/4" on each end (respectively) is completely useless in this sitch. I can't plug male USB into male USB. So please stop suggesting that. Man created perfectly heterosexual electronics, so there is no room for hardware homosexuality. it just isnt possible...

I use a usb condenser mic (Samson C01U) and a usb midi audio interface (fast track pro) to record my own music @ home. What I want to do is run the USB mic through the MIDI, but the MIDI only has 1/4" jack input (guitar/amp cable size) and s/pdif input. I was wondering if some form of hardware exists (adapter/converter) that has one end female usb and one end female 1/4" jack. Basically, I need to turn the male USB plug on the mic into male 1/4" jack. (or mayb even into s/pdif)

Also, if there is any other way of running my usb mic through my usb MIDI, please inform me : )

So I was thinking. About the whole story of Jesus and his teachings and whatnot. It's obvious that whatever he was trying to teach, the people at that time had a hard time understanding. I have reason to believe that the outer shell of Christianity is the result of confusion and misunderstanding, skewed interpretations, taking metaphor and parable and making it literal. But beyond the shell of confusion, lies Truth, at the core. So with that being said, I will get to the point.

I began to ponder some of the more popular stories/parables. I figure, if the bible is riddled with parable and mystery, maybe there is a deeper meaning to some of the most important scenes.

Mainly the story of the crucifixion and resurrection. I started to think about how this could be more symbolic than literal. Jesus taught that Christ is Truth. Christ is the Son of God. So the Son of God is the Truth. Obviously, what we live in is not the Truth, because the Truth has yet to be revealed. The Son of God is hung on the cross and dies, and is put in the tomb. 3 days later, he is resurrected. What if this is how the manifestation of our imperfect selves and reality began? With the "death" of Christ, or the Truth? And what if the tomb symbolizes all of time, and the resurrection is the return of Christ, or the restoration of the Truth?

There is another famous Bible scene that correlates with this. The Last Supper.

Jesus takes the bread and says that it is the body of Christ. It is then broken and each person eats a piece of it. This could be symbolic in that the Truth, or Christ, is sacrificed, broken, obscured, however you want to look at it, so that we may live as we do, (bread is necessary for physical survival, just at the sacrifice of the Truth may be mandatory for existing imperfectly in an imperfect physical manifestation.) and each fragment exists within each of us. He then takes ONE cup, filled with wine, and calls the wine the blood of Christ. Each person partakes in drinking the blood of Truth, or Christ, from the ONE available source. This could be symbolic in that everyone sacrifices the Truth so that they may live in this reality, which is imperfect. It just seems to make sense to me. God creates perfection, and the Son of God is perfect. But if the Son of God is "divided" or if each fragment believes that it is individual, each "individual" will be imperfect. What if this reality began with the denial of Christ, the denial of the Truth? And now we live in the opposite of Truth, a lie. But when we believe the lie to be Truth, it may survive. What if our belief in ourselves as we are and this imperfect reality is what manifests it? What if the fabled return of Christ is actually the return of the Truth, the Revelation? I could elaborate to fill all of the gaps and connect everything to make more sense, but it might enrage "traditional" Christians in that I would have to say that all of us, as a whole, are the Son of God, and the Son of God is entertaining a reality in which it is many, and exists as many, the Son of Man. Doesn't it say in the Bible that Lucifer manipulated 1/3 of heaven into rebelling, in which they were cast into Hell? Well the Son of God is 1/3 of the Holy Trinity, but maybe 1/3 wasn't cast out, it cast itself out by becoming divided and losing it's prefect, united whole form. It also says that while this is present, Heaven is not at rest, as well as all of existence. 2/3 is 66.6% and 2 divided by 3 is .666

So what if all of this Chaos and imperfect-ness is due to the fact that the Son of God, God's single creation, his 1 and only begotten Son, has been divided against itself, creating unTruth and all that good stuff. Idk, I'm having a hard time really explaining it, but it makes sense to me.

Does this comply with Christianity? Does anything Christ teaches in the New Testament go against any of what I have said? Could it be considered heresy, or does it still comply with what Jesus taught?

It started about 3 weeks ago. At about 9:30PM I walked into my 12 year-old sister's room to steal her DVD player for the night, seeing as she wasn't using it (she goes to bed at 9) and saw her sprawled out naked with no covers. At first I didn't think too much of it cause it's about 102 degress here in Arizona, but then I noticed her hand was on her private area. I almost laughed, but for some reason I was more aroused than I was amused. Now I didn't come here to be ridiculed for being abnormal or "sick", I came here for honest help and answers. So, my hormones getting the best of me, I decided to lay down with her. I then took her hand and used it to rub her private area. Then she smiled, and I realized she had been awake the whole time. And she kissed me. It went from there. Now, every night she comes to my room in the middle of the night to have sex, and I feel that I love her as a sexual partner, but the better half of me tells me that it is wrong. I don't want this to continue, but I don't know how to stop it without hurting her feelings. I still love her as a sister, and I'm also afraid that it will never be the same after this. I'm afraid that if it stops, we will feel awkward around eachother and I don't want that. What should I do?

Are there any verses in the Bible that say anything about a normal human being, "man", being able to see or experience the kingdom of god while living/conscious as man? References appreciated.

I like to write songs on guitar, and recording makes songwriting better imo. I plug into my pc using a MIDI (M-Audio Fast Track Pro). When I play my guitar the sound comes out of my speakers on my computer. Is there any way to add real-time (not after) effects (Gain, Distortion, Equalizer) to my guitar? and record it that way as well?

I have never flown before, and I wanted to know what I can and can't bring, and what is best to put in my carry on and what is best for check-in bags. I am not flying out of the country. I am moving, so I need to bring as much as I can.

Exactly a week ago I was involved in an accident at the fault of another driver. The other driver's insurance company (USAA) has been sitting on the case not doing a damn thing. I had to call them yesterday just to get them to read my accident report, and accept liability. They hadn't even contacted the policy holder! They told me that they would set me up with a rental car, and cover the fees. Today I went to Enterprise to pick up the rental car and was asked if the insurance company (USAA) had mentioned anything about a underage bracket fee. When I told them that they hadn't, the woman at enterprise contacted USAA. It was then that they stated that they would not pay for the underage fee (I am 19), which is about $22 per day. Naturally, I was completely outraged. Both my insurance company and USAA's offices are closed at this time, so I have to wait until tomorrow to contact them. I was told by my agent that because the accident wasn't my fault, ANY cost that is a result of the accident MUST be covered by the other driver's insurance company. What can I do about this? I don't have the money to pay for the fee, but I need the transportation. I've already been without transportation for a week.

My grandfather is a member of the O.T.O. (Ordo Templi Orderalis) He asked me to join them and told me that he could help me advance quickly due to the fact that he participates in the XI degree. The only reason I am reluctant to join is the fact that they participate in sex magick rituals. I own(ed) a 98 ford taurus SE with 155,000 miles on it. moon roof, power seat, power doors and windows. Got T-boned today and the car is totaled. The other driver was at fault. I have no injuries at all, which they said is highly unlikely due to the speed at which I was hit, and they still want me to go to the doctor's. But I'm completely fine, no bruises, cuts or scrapes. fine. In conclusion I told them I'm not going to waste my time with the doctor. I don't wanna get stuck with a bill, ya know? How much $ can I expect to receive from the insurance company for my totaled car?

I live in western NY. I got into a car accident today (T-boned), but the other driver was at fault. I am not injured. My car's driver side front and rear door are smashed, the front quarter panel, side mirror, hood and front bumper. I don't know anything about auto body repair costs, but I am pretty sure that the damage costs exceeds the value of the car. This means that the other driver's insurance will pay me for the blue book value of the car, correct? Can anyone give me a bluebook estimate for the car listed above in FAIR condition? I could only find the value for excellent condition...

I live in western NY. This is the only traffic violation I have ever had. I was told if I plea guilty, I will get the maximum fine, (anyone have an estimate?) but was also told that if I plea not guilty, there is a chance it will get reduced. I got T-boned today and my car was totaled. (not at fault) so there is no way I can get the inspection now. BUT I was on my way to get the inspection when the accident happened. If I have the garage provide a letter of confirmation stating that I was on my way to get the inspection, will that help? What should I plea to ensure a minimal fine including surcharge?

I own a 98 Ford Taurus (V6 3.0 single cam) I had my power steering pump changed recently by my gf's father, because the old one was leaking. The car is working but the steering seems to have a little bit more resistance than it should (very mild) and also has a very slight whine that kicks in once in a while. I know that is the indication of a leak but it only happens once in a while. I also checked the fluid and it is brownish and murky, not the way the fluid looked when I added it. I talk to my gf's dad and he said that the power steering pump needs to be bled, but doesn't know how to do it. He said it may just need to be used a while more to get the air pushed out of it. He also said to start the car and crank the wheel back and forth for a bit once in a while. he said that will help prime it. Should I do this? Is the fluid normal? Should the power steering pump be bled? if so, how do I do it? If anyone can answer anything, it would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

I own a 98 ford taurus (V6 3.0 single cam). The power steering pump tank doesn't have a dipstick or anything to tell you how far to fill it. It has a small leak so I have to add fluid from time to time. how far up the neck on the tank should I go when adding fluid?

I write songs using an acoustic guitar and vocals and record them at home. I use a usb condenser mic on either Audacity or Cool Edit Pro. Is there anything I can do to produce perfect back up harmonizations using just a USB mic and these simple programs? I normally just sing them on a seperate track, but I was wondering if there are any programs or VST plugins that will create the harmonizing vocals for me...

Also, is there any way I can do this in real-time? Like using a pedal and amp, only through my PC. I know they make a pedal that can do this, is there a way I can do it on my computer?

This is my second college semester receiving PELL and my first semester receiving TAP. Last semester I had a 3.47 average. This semester, I was enrolled for 12 credits (4 classes). If I fail a class and only receive 9 credits, will I have to repay the $4200 that I received in TAP and PELL grants?
