I try to help people in any fashion I can just to help. It feels good to know I contributed in some small way. Not in a "oh look at the good I did" way but in hopes that they will pay it forward and give a fraction of decency towards others. There are times when people over step and expect more of me than I can give and not only in a financial way. Then they seem upset because I didn't do what they wanted me to. Or they want me to listen to the daily grind of how tragic their lives are. If I mention relying on God or improving on their relationship with God they get mad and tell me that their relationship with God is just fine. These things get so draining mentally, emotionally, and physically. I have a husband and children to care for as well. I just get so upset like I can't hold everyone's hand all the time but guilt sets in and I think I'm not being a good Christian because I want to say "no" to the ones that put so much extra on me and take so much extra from me. Am I wrong to feel this way?

There is a company that goes by National Platinum and Platinum Services. Basically they hide their service within other offers. You don't even know you have authorized them to enroll you into their services. They offer a $10,000.00 line of credit to purchase items directly from them. I was offered multiple choices of additional offers and chose "no thank you" to all of them. Then the next day I was contacted by phone asking if I was interested in a $10,000.00 line of credit. I told them no I was not interested. Today I checked my banking account as I do every day and found a $99.95 ACH withdrawal. I contacted my bank and asked where this charge came from. My bank gave me the name of the service being Platinum Service and the 800 number associated with the company. I called the number where only an automated system answers the call and after making your selection it disconnects the call. I found a second number for customer service and big surprise the same thing happens. I then do an online search of the company and the results were at least 8 websites with lengthy complaints of this service doing the exact same thing to other people. The BBB even has record of this company. I now have to close my account and open a new one. I was able to find one web address to the company for customer service all other web addresses come back as not being found. My bank is willing to reverse the charges and any other fees that are associated with the issue. I have filed a complaint with IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center). My question is who else can I contact? I would not carry it as far as I am looking to if this was a one time issue. This company has done it to several people and someone needs to step up and say "no more." What type of lawyer should I contact? Who can I contact on a state and even federal level?

Does anyone have stories of twin like behavior with their siblings and not being twins.

Today I felt just terrible physically and I was tired. I slept hard like I had not slept in days. My throat was sore and I felt as if I was running a fever even though I was not. After waking up I realized I had not heard from my sister all day, which we speak everyday at least 4 to 5 times a day sometimes more. So I called her and she had been experiencing the same exact feelings, this is not the first time things like this have happened. We have said the same things at the same time or I will think of her and the phone will ring a few seconds later and it is her and the other way around. We live roughly 17 hours apart and I am 4 years older.

Has anyone else experienced this before and what is your story?

My son got a Memorex mp3 player, model MMP8575. However he no longer has the CD so that he can download the software to my computer. I have searched several sites and have not found what I need. Can anyone please help? Will give highest rating and best answer to whom ever can help me. Thanks!

I am looking for a site that does not charge to search for someone. The person has been listed as having an unlisted number and address and the sites want money for the info. Is there anyway I can find the information without having to pay for it. I even tried Classmates.com because it is an old classmate but they are not listed on that site.

I have a ten year old son who was nominated by his teacher to an academic academy in Illinois and he was accepted. However the problem is that it is $1700 for one week. He will be attending in the beginning of the summer. His father and I would like to be able to split the cost. So I need some ideas to make $850 within the next month or so. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

It was a little old man with a gray beard who was like a miner of some sort. The little claw would swing back and forth. You had to click the mouse or hit a button on the keyboard to make the claw let go and grab a diamond or a gold nugget. It also had dynamite it was all underground. Some seclude themselves within their minds a break from the world, From everyday stressors, they relax, focus and unwind. In my mind there is no such relief no haven just the dark voices, They haunt me and taunt me to close my life's chapter no peace do I find here in my mind. I can't turn it off, it won't quit! It possesses me, torments me As though it was a demon straight from hell no light, no serenity here in my mind. I want it to stop for someone to rescue me but no one will, The pain is too great the fight has been to long do I just give into what's here in my mind? It drains the very passion from my soul so all that is left is a void, No feelings good or bad all that remains is here in my mind.

I hate the word revenge it sounds too negative, so I sugar coated it. I am not speaking of a physical retaliation or destroying something they own. How would you go about showing the government what the benefits or negatives of legalizing marijana?

Here is the scenerio. You have a mental illness. You go to an emergency room or to a different physician other than your regular GP. You have to list the meds you are taking if any. Then the doctor wants to know why you are on the meds. You explain you have a mental illness. Then the doctor changes their whole attitude towards you and tells you that "they" believe your "health problems" are attributed to your mental illness. Or they tell you that you are not going to receive special treatment (even though you do not request to be treated any differently) just because you are mentally ill. Do you think it is right?
