Twin like behavior in non-twins?

Question

Does anyone have stories of twin like behavior with their siblings and not being twins.  

Today I felt just terrible physically and I was tired.  I slept hard like I had not slept in days.  My throat was sore and I felt as if I was running a fever even though I was not.  After waking up I realized I had not heard from my sister all day, which we speak everyday at least 4 to 5 times a day sometimes more.  So I called her and she had been experiencing the same exact feelings, this is not the first time things like this have happened.  We have said the same things at the same time or I will think of her and the phone will ring a few seconds later and it is her and the other way around.  We live roughly 17 hours apart and I am 4 years older.

Has anyone else experienced this before and what is your story?

Not twin-like behavior but I know what you mean.

I was at work one day and as I was at my desk my nose suddenly began to bleed.   I got a paper tower, rested for about 15 minutes and I was okay afterwards.  I don't have a history of nosebleeds and nothing in the weather suggested that I should have had a nosebleed.   

When I got home from work that night, I mentioned to my spouse what had happened and she was shocked.  Then she told me that in the early afternoon for no reason our daughter also had a nosebleed (at about the same time I had mine).    Fortunately, it wasn't serious and she never had problems afterwards, either.

To this day, I consider that episode the most unexplainable coincident that's happened to me.

Twin-like Behavior.  I like that term!

I have a friend and we sometimes do the same thing as you described. I don't think twins are the only ones that have these experiences. Anyone could have them if the bond between them is strong.

nope but sounds very weird or interesting not twin and having the same feelings
