SO I was rear ended by a cop while i was a red light and recieved a whiplash injury and my shoulder hit my steering wheel. I mean its an open and shut case pretty much but my question is what kind of things should i look for in a settlement? Im a soldier and this knocked me out of a few schools that would of helped me gain rank, and i havent worked all week.

My wife and i have been planning on kids now for about a year. We are now looking on moving into a house soon and she recently stated that she does not want to have kids anymore.
