No one's winning, it's just horrendous how many people have died, both Iraqi and American, somewhere around 1 million deaths

Method of reporting deaths is not really accurate, it's the way they define it - US deaths in iraq , don't include wounded soldiers that are taken onto planes, that arrive in German or American hospitals and die hours, days, months, or years later from injuries.

The Deaths that have occurred from depleted uranium used in bullets to missiles that cause sickness, deaths, birth defects, increase mortality rates, that's the legacy Iraqi's will live with for 100's of years. Many soldiers returning home will also die from this fate, maybe years later.
