Is there a law that says you need a fence around your pool in Nevada?

She seems really sweet! She is old and calm, but she has mammary gland tumors in every breast it send like. She also breaths heavily a little bit and eats ALOT and drinks water constantly. How much would it be in Las Vegas to have the tumors removed? I am willing to get her help! I just need some estimates and maybe some recommended hospitals in Las vegas?

If I go to the doctore and say I panic and start to shake and it gets hard to breath when I am around a large group of people what will happen? He will test me or just give me a note or what.

So Jenny and Kim are sisters.

Kim is in the middle of a divorce and is engaged to another man in a nother state than the father of her son. Kim is also sort of sick in the head sadly and has bad rages and gets violent with her fiance and doesnt take much care of her 4 year old beautiful son. He is ignored and in a dirty inviroment with no attention and sees things and fights and hears things he shouldnt hear. The child cries when his aunt jenny and uncle Jake comes over and he crys and asks for them to take him to another state where they live and be his new mommy and read him stories and take him baths.

is there anyways jenny and Jake can get some kind of custody??

So there is this guy.

He is in the military.

he's been seperated from his wife for a year but he gives her 800$ every two weeks and has the two daughters with her and they share custody.

he came home from iraq and she had left him for one of his buddies who he fought with him in iraq.

she takes his money and he takes care of the kids ontop of the 800 he gives her every two weeks.

He has never done anything wrong to her and always taken care of her.

Now she wants to sue him for emotional damage because she cant keep a job.

Can she do that? I mean I know she can but does she have a good chance when she was the one hurting him and he is still talen care of the kids and the money??

Quite a few years ago there was this candy that I was crazy about but I havent seen it in years and noone seems to know what I'm talking about.

It was usually black or dark blue...it was in like a tube that looked sort of like a potion tube...it was pouder..kind of sour...jeez!! do you know what I'm talking about and what the name of it was?? Hahaha.
