do you remember this candy?

Quite a few years ago there was this candy that I was crazy about but I havent seen it in years and noone seems to know what I'm talking about.

It was usually black or dark blue...it was in like a tube that looked sort of like a potion tube...it was pouder..kind of sour...jeez!! do you know what I'm talking about and what the name of it was?? Hahaha.

Sounds like it might be "Payback Attack Sour Powder". This stuff comes in test tubes and two of the flavours fit your description-
Black powder is "Midnight Cherry" flavour, Blue is "Powerful Punch" flavour.
