Question

So there is this guy.
He is in the military.
he's been seperated from his wife for a year but he gives her 800$ every two weeks and has the two daughters with her and they share custody.
he came home from iraq and she had left him for one of his buddies who he fought with him in iraq.
she takes his money and he takes care of the kids ontop of the 800 he gives her every two weeks.
He has never done anything wrong to her and always taken care of her.

Now she wants to sue him for emotional damage because she cant keep a job.

Can she do that? I mean I know she can but does she have a good chance when she was the one hurting him and he is still talen care of the kids and the money??

She can try but I highly I highly doubt she would be successful. Though I do have my worries about the american judicial system...
