I found an old chow chow dog?

She seems really sweet! She is old and calm, but she has mammary gland tumors in every breast it send like. She also breaths heavily a little bit and eats ALOT and drinks water constantly. How much would it be in Las Vegas to have the tumors removed? I am willing to get her help! I just need some estimates and maybe some recommended hospitals in Las vegas?

First, find out what a regular check-up would cost and ask if the vet does scanning for microchips.  Someone may be looking for this sweet old dog!  If she has a microchip, contact the owner.  If the vet doesn't scan dogs, call the local shelter and ask them how much $ to scan the dog (it used to be free).

Take her in for a check-up.  At the check-up, the vet can tell you the approximate age and level of health the dog has.  Drinking water constantly can be a symptom of kidney problems.  You can get estimates of what it may cost to treat whatever may be wrong, and the surgery, too, if the vet thinks she can handle it.

Then you take it from there, one step at a time.

Look in the phone book and call the veterinarians.  You need to have her examined and diagnosed before you assume she needs surgery.
