I have a friend who just got a DUI over the weekend and was involved in an accident which was his fault. There were no injuries at the time of the accident. I know what the penalties are since I have gotten a DUI before a long time ago. But what enhancement to his sentence might be added because he was involved in an accident according to California Law if any? What is he looking at?

When I first heard of this remarkable woman golfer I expected she would do wonders for the LPGA like Tiger did for the PGA. Now as her career has led her to this point of never winning a tournament on the LPGA and never making a cut on the PGA I have to wonder if her popularity will spiral down to non existence.

I personally feel that this girl could have been great if she chose to stick to the LPGA tour and win instead of making a spectical of herself on the PGA tour. She and her parents come off as prematurely arrogant and I am quite tired of it. I have completely lost interest in her and respect for her because of her bad choices.

How do you feel about her now that she has again not made a cut in a mens PGA event, and an event that didn't even have the best players in the game over going to play in the LPGA British Open?

So I found this poll online today and it would seem that David Cook has been voted as the best singer ever so far on American Idol. I don't believe this is true. I still think Chris Daugherty is way better than David Cook and Vocally David A. is way better.

It would seem to me that this years Idol was a popularity contest and not a vocal contest. What are your thoughts?

I have used the PS3 browser to search for demos. The demo's are displayed in a line where I can scroll through them. But when I find one I want to download i try pressing every button on the controller but it just wont select the demo. It's the same with movies and trailers it just wont allow me to select anything on the list. Need help, what am I doing wrong.
