Help with golf swing....vids included?
I am a 9.4 hadicap but cant seem to get any better. I would appreciate some constructive criticism on my swing, anything that can be pointed out would help. I do know i have a flat swing which I've been trying to work on. Since my swing is somewhat inconsistent I have posted 4 vids.

Nice swing, a little flat but that’s OK. Good rhythm, tempo, low launch angle, hard inside-out motion. Everything looks good…with your driver. I haven’t seen you short game but I will assume you hit a low ball with most irons. Do you run shots over the green? Are you always yelling STOP? You may need to work on a short-range (<100 yards) flop, or very high fade. This shot is going to help you sick more greens, and stop it closer to the pin.
Your driver swing doesn’t look like a 9.4 handicap swing, your issues must be inside 100 yards, pitching and PUTTING.

Everybody has a lot of constructive things to say about your swing and they are all right for the most part. But here's what I see. First of all that right arm motion has got to go man. That's the reason your tempo is not smooth. You have to adjust all of these things to get set at the top. Let those arms relax. Use your shoulders and keep your back straight. Try making it all a little more smooth and with purpose. Normally when phases of the swing aren't smooth and out ot rhythm with each other you have jumps and tempo changes. Try to eliminate these and that will help your consistency. BUT... Here's how to make up those last 9.4 .... STOP thinking about your swing. Let your mind relax and take swing out of your routine. In its stead put in positive reactionary thoughts. Look at the clubhead alignment to make sure you are on for solid contact and then look at you target and say to yourself, "ball goes there" then look at the ball and adjust "ball goes there" adjust and when you feel comfortable, look at the target then back at the ball and pull the trigger. Do that for all your shots and you will break par. It has to be fast, reactionary. React to the target like a shot with a gun. Seriously all four videos have four different swings in them but the one common denominator besides you being there is there is a tentativeness about all four of them. Not that you don't know where it will end up just that you don't want to even do it because it could go bad and result in that extra 2 strokes for the round that makes it 8 over and that's no good what do I do now? You can't think like that. If you are 9.4 handicap your tee shots aren't killing you, your approaches aren't killing you. Your distance isn't hurting you either. The only thing that stands between you and your last 9 is what's boucncing around in your skull. That's what I see.

Swing doesn't look too flat to me but I spotted a few fundamentals I would correct. Right foot is angled out to the right at address. This allows right hip to turn further than desirable and can lead to inconsistencies due to being off balance or swaying a little. Try keeping right toe pointing 45 degrees from target line. Arms are not tight to each other or to the body and tend to push club a little outside the line going back - try keeping arms as close to each other as possible throughout the swing. Swing is a little "lazy" looking to me - take a rip at it. So much for my two cents.

It looks like your swing is a little jerky. It almost looks as if you are starting your backwing by breaking (leading with) your wrists. As you approach the halfway point in your backswing it looks like your arms and elbows at catching up which gives the entire swing a look of being jerky. I could be totally off, but it's something you might try and focus on.

i agree with the other suggestions and critiques you've gotten. there is a gold swing test analysis site that i know of that may be of help and also an online golf school that could also be of assistance to help you lower your handicap. good luck to you. you can find the info for both programs here: www.randyblessingsemporium.com

The only thing you showed us was five tee balls. Your tee ball is not the problem, no matter how you get the club head back to the ball. Once again, the short game is where you further reduce your 9.4 handicap. Tee balls are nice to look at but the hole only starts there. Show us some videos of your chipping and putting.
