A friends girlfriend is having these headaches and got checked up and nothing. She is also saying she is throwing up now and thinks she is pregnant and told him she'll take a test on the 21. of this month. She told him 3 days ago. He has been spending time with his children over the holidays and i think she wants his attention and fakes her headaches and vomiting. what do you think ? she yet has to miss her period she is not late and also its her 4th time thinking beeing pregnant and not missing her period . she is 29 years old and has no children. but would i not know at this age when pregnancy symptoms are real ?

I cought my husband cheating walking in on him and her in his brothers house. She wants to marry him . But he said he would never divorce me unless i file for the papers. We have four children together and he has pretty good income.

Now he has another but is still with the other as well. He doesnt know that i know about his second mistress. I found out through instant messages on Facebook.

She said that she didnt take the pill on time and will keep him informed.

I am from Germany and am a stay at home mom living in California currently still with my husband.

I am affraid that if i divorce him and get full custody that he will fight me for full custody of the children once he gets married to his first mistress and she stays home.

This is why i want to only legaly seperate him. But what are my rights regards that. will i be able to get all the benefits of a divorce or is he able to screw me over and take my kids away out of country ? I am confused and dont know what to do. I do have an appointment with a lawyer this week. But till then i just want others opinions. I have the Evo HTC but am not happy with it. The batterylife sucks. And with such an expensive phone I think i should not have to turn off every single app. by hand or download anything that does it for me but is not working. The YOU TUBE app keeps freezing as well. Now my husband had the same phone and switched to the Samsung epic. We are still in our 30 days with sprint where i still can switch mine.

On my husbands epic everything works fine and the battery lasts all day with internet on all day.

Now i would like to switch too since i think for so much money spent i should be happy 100 %.

Now i have seen a couple reviews between evo shift and epic. the only downside on the shift is that you cant make video calls. which we testet already on evo htc and epic and we really dont use it that much anyway.

I have a couple living in the backhouse who are not married. The house is rented out on a month to month basis . She wants him out for several reasons drinking drugs ec.... . I personaly had to let the police come in to get to the backhouse whom she called because of his drinking and him getting violent towards her and they did not arrest him. Now he is claiming that he wants half of the deposit and the money back for putting in the grass whom she claims that she paid for it but he says she didnt. Every rent I get on time and via moneyorder has only her name on it . Not his. She says he only gives her 300 and the rent is 750 $. On the contract is his and her name stated but he did not sign only she did . She is also the one that gave me her prove of income. He is on unemployment. I have no prove on income for him. Now my question is what are my legal rights of giving him a 30 days notice? Regards the money and also cause of his alcohol and drug abuse. ( I smelled marijuana a couple times and he has admitted it to me personal. ) Can i get him out anytime or am i still obligated to the 30 days?

My husband works out of town during the week and comes only home on the weekends. I stay at home with 4 children oldest beeing 8 and youngest just turned 2. His family does not call once to check on how me or the kids are doing. The moment he gets home his phone wont stop and his brothers start showing up with their girlfriends from noon to dawn meaning till we literally go to bed. I just would like some alone time with just my husband and my kids. his brother even comes along on outings with the family and all they do is drink and i get to watch the kids and drive. This has been going on for years and gotten worse since his other brother moved back from AZ to Cali. I had told him several times that i would like some alonetime with him and all he tells me what he is supposed to do when they knock on our door . He doesnt want to be an a.....hole.

We also had an incident where both got so drunk they got in to a fight and my husband punched in our wall and broke a window . I had asked his brother not to come over for the purpose of drinking anymore and it lastet two weeks and he just got all drunk again last sunday.

how can i get this to stop or at least have my husband tell them not to come over so often. I would not mind once a month but this is to much for me and i am getting tired of it. I also must ad that he basically raised his bro. since he is the oldest and his mom had to work while the dad was sitting around the house and getting drunk.

I have never cheated on him . And never will. My husband is a very jelouse guy and last weekend i was on facebook and someone a married guy whom me and my husband now from long time ago requested my friendship and i am sure he requested my husbands too just that he is not on there that often. His wife helped me out alot with my little one when my hubby was in iraqu but somehow we lost touch. I am just crushed and crying cause i know i didnt cheat and i wish i would have not lyed to him. How can i get him back?

i live in Riverside Ca and i have weed trees . the previous tenants didnt care much about the yard so they grew into large trees . i cut them down but still have the stems and i tryed to dig them out but the roots are to deep and im not strong enough. whats the best way to get rid of them since they keep growing back?

I have cought him texting to other women several times. he says its nothing seriouse and that he loves me. He works out of town and comes home thursday night and leaves monday morning. Usualy when he gets home he stays home and this time he went out without letting me know or at least asking if it was cool . I always ask him if its ok with him when i go out with my girls. When he got home he fell asleep. No action or nothing. Anyway. I went through his phone cause i seen the nr. on the phonebill that we had agreed on he wont talk to anymore. I found him telling her that he wishes to be in his arms. and she does too. he says from arguments before that she is just some hoe you pay her drinks for at a local bar where he works and she gives you a little attention. But he chatted her up again or never stopped since i didnt go through his phone for a while. This whole weekend was weired cause we are intimate more than twice during a weekend even though we have four children. I dont look bad by the way and am not fat. I confroted him this morning about that i seen her nr. on the phonebill. Didnt tell him knowing about the texts that i have seen. he swore that he has not talked to her at all. And that our one year old must have gotten his phone like usualy and dialed the nr. (She does that for real) He looked me in the eyes and told me he has not talked to her. I pretended that everything was ok then. He left for work and then i texted him that I cant believe he lyed straight to my face and i seen the text and her nr. was under one of his friends name. So he was hiding it cause he knew i would go through his phone again. He did not answer me to that text. So i called him and asked him if he got the text and he said yes and why i would go through his phone again even though i had told him i wouldnt. and that he was not lying but he call me later and tell me everthing. What should i think of this? Guys your opinion since you are men and everyone else is invited to comment too of course. I just dont know what to think no more . I know he loves me dearly. But also one thing that gets me mad besides him talking to other women. Is that i already dont see him during the week and when he is here he always invites his brother s. and this is every weekend and every day of that weekend. and i have told him it would be nice to just have a weekend to us. But he said he cant just kick them out when they show up. But most of the time he is the one that invites them. I dont know what to do cause i asked him if it was so bad to have him all to myself. And by the way one of his brothers works for him. So he already sees him during the week everyday hangs out with him for beers after work. And i just feel like he doesnt enjoy my company anymore. I cant go nowhere since all of my family lives in Germany and we are in the states. I have no outlet whatsoever to go to .
