Is she faking to get attention what do you think?

A friends girlfriend is having these headaches and got checked up and nothing. She is also saying she is throwing up now and thinks she is pregnant and told him she'll take a test on the 21. of this month. She told him 3 days ago. He has been spending time with his children over the holidays and i think she wants his attention and fakes her headaches and vomiting. what do you think ? she yet has to miss her period she is not late and also its her 4th time thinking beeing pregnant and not missing her period . she is 29 years old and has no children. but would i not know at this age when pregnancy symptoms are real ?
