I don't get cramps often unless just the day before or on the day of menstruation. So I'm a bit confused why I am having cramps this early now since 2 days? (regular menstruation). Having insamnia and bloating as well and feel really tired and nauseated especially on empty stomach(before meal times). What's going on in my body, may be sudden change of menstruation rhythem? Please help.

Ich weiss den Titel nicht....Es geht um eine Prinzessin. Der Koenig hat sie als Jungen vorgestellt und in der Oeffentlichkeit lebt sie auch als Prinz, nur ein paar Leute und ein Junge weiss davon (glaub ich) aber ab und zu gehen ihre Mutter und sie in eine Kammer und sie zieht wunderschoene Kleider an und lernt wie sich eine Prinzessin zu benehmen hat. Sie ist ein Einzelkind.

Ich glaube, der Koenig hat sie als Jungen vorgestellt weil er sich so sehr ein wuenschte und die Koenigin und Hebamme ihm noch nicht gesagt hatten dass es ein Maedchen war.

Hoffe irgendjemand weiss wovon ich spreche und kann mir helfen?

I do not have access to a gym (money and distance) and just own really heavy free weights (from hubby). Dont like those weights anyway, so is yoga a good resistance training or would i have to do more? I dont have much knowlegde of weights either...

Ok, i am female, 24, 5feet 2 short and overweight. I am working out, dont eat really a lot (in my opinion) but and have a deskjob, therefore not much moving except when i workout.

Breakfast

Poridge (2 Handfull) with water and a bit of milk, 2 toast with butter and jam

Lunch

depends, but most of the times something starchy like potatoes, pasta or rice (one quarter of meal)

with salat or veg (half the meal)

Chicken, eggs, or fish (about one quarter of meal)

Dinner

Rice and curry (one meat curry and at least one veg curry)

Snacks

about 3 choc digetives, carrots, apple

Drink

A little Milk (1/2pint, sometimes oasis extralight, water)

Workout

Daily yoga for 30 to 40 min

elyptical every 2 days for 40 min

I have been doing that for 2 weeks now but have actually gained weight instead of loosing it, what am I doing wrong?

Alle Leben auf dem Land und sind eher arm. Dem Maedchen ist nicht bewusst dass sie adoptiert ist. Einer der Brueder, oder beide verliebt sich in sie.

Als sie fast erwachsen sind, passiert ein Unfall, das Maedchen faellt in den Fluss oder so, es ist auf jeden Fall unterkuehlt und der aeltere Bruder (ich glaube es ist nur er der verliebt in sie ist) waermt sie mit seinem Koerper auf. Wahrenddessen halluziniert sie und redet. Dabei wird ihm klar dass seine Liebe vergebens ist, sie liebt jemand anderen und laesst sie ohne widerstand ziehen. Sie weiss gar nicht mal, dass der Bruder sie liebt, oder er sie gerettet hat.

Wie es weitergeht weiss ich leider nicht mehr, waere echt froh wenn jemand irgendwas dazu weiss.

Bin momentan uebergewichtig und will abnehmen. Aber wenn mir den BMI mal so unter die Lupe nehme ist da was komisch. Bin nur 153cm klein aber mit 52kg ware ich schon an der Grenze zu Untergewicht. Dass kann doch nicht sein oder?

I am baking a cake and it is the first time i am going to use buttercream. Well I am not sure wheter I should use buttercream or meringue to frost the cake. Does anyone have any experiance, which one is better? How long does Buttercreame take to harden (does it harden?) and how long for meringue. How long can I keep that iced cake, 1 week? Is there any sort of cooked version of them frostings to make them more durable (both, the time before it goes off or starts to melt)?

And as i want to fill the cake, when should i cut it in half, while it is still warm or when it is completely cooled down?

I know these are a lot of questions, but any help would be good.

I took over a business in the UK with 12 staff (Actually 6 staff is enough) under TUPE. They never had a written contract with previous owner. many of them related to the ex owner. Now they teamed up & saying their hourly pay rate is £7.25, Yearly holiday is 30days, Some does not work on weekends & previous owner also agree that. An ex staff told me that the actual rate was National minimum wages. I am wasting my money & giving over 100 extra hours to follow the TUPE rules.

I've been told that I can give a new contract after 3 months. If yes can I reduce their hours or Pay rate?
