HE HAS BI-POLAR DISORDER AND ADHD, WHILE WE WERE TOGETHER ALL HE DID WAS ABUSE ME PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY. HE HAS 4 PRIOR COUNTS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ALONG WITH OTHER CHARGES SUCH AS DRUGS AND THEFT. WE NEVER MARRIED BUT NOW I MARRIED SOMEONE WHO IS IN THE NAVY THAT LOVES MY SON AND I UNCONDITIONALLY AND I'M READY TO MOVE TO THE BASE HE IS STATIONED AT BUT MY SON'S FATHER IS THREATENING HE'S NOT GOING TO LET ME MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE AND MOVE OUR SON TO WHEREVER MY HUSBAND'S DUTY STATION MAY BE. WHAT LEGAL ACTION CAN MY SON'S FATHER TAKE AGAINST ME TO STOP ME FROM MOVING? CAN HIS PRIOR CRIMINAL RECORD HELP THE CASE IN MY FAVOR IF HE TAKES ME TO COURT TO STOP ME FROM MOVING? PLEASE HELP, I WANT TO MOVE BEFORE THIS MONTH IS OVER...

my 14month old got the flu 3days ago, during the day he gets better but at night his fever get out of control up to 105.4 and his skin gets so red and its so hard to bring it down (luke warm baths, moist towels, tylenol, motrin), the hospital prescribed him Tamiflu. He's not eating and barely takin in fluids but he has no cough or congestion. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what else i can possibly do to make him feel better and speed up the healing process?

ok i'm back once again with another TTC issue.... for those who have read and answered my previous ttc questions.... u know that we've been ttc for almost 3months now... and frankly i'm very afraid.... i think one of us might be sterile!!! i was prego once (last november) but i had an abortion (for reasons beyong my control) and i know that there is a possibility to become sterile after an abortion if the procedure wasnt done properly... but on the other hand my boyfriend says he thinks it might be him... where can we go to get checked??? is it expensive??? do u think my insurance from work will cover at least some of the costs??? HELP!!!!

i'm really trying to get pregnant here and i read somewhere online that when both partners orgasm, the female body holds on to 15%-90% of the sperm but if the female doesn't orgasm then her body will only hold on to 0%-15%.... is this acurate or what??? or do both of us have to come at the same time????
