Hi everyone. I live in a smallish flat and I really want to have a pet dog. Ive been searching Bahrain and so far all the dogs at the BSPCA etc are larger type dogs. I really need a small dog so it has some space to move around.

If anyone in Bahrain has a small dog/puppy that will stay terrier size etc and is looking to home it...or if you know of where I can get one I would appreciate a heads up. I prefer to take one free of charge as I dont like the idea of buying pets off of people...but will decide that if something comes up.

I live in the middle east so alot of sites wont allow me to view videos as they require you to be in America or something. Anybody know of a site that allows from outside north America?

the first leg of the trip was on Gulf Air (our national carrier) then in Frankfurt she switched to American Airlines. I filled out paperwork with Gulf Air for her to fly as unaccompanied minor...which meant she had an employee take her on the plane and take her off in Germany...but after that she was abandoned by them because there is no policy between different airlines to hand over minors from one airline to another.

She called me from the airport in Germany and let me speak to the American Airlines desk help who said he would put her on the plane but that was all he could do for her...she would land and work her way through customs etc on her own.

I was upset by this as nobody had informed me that she would basically be abandoned...and I didnt like the way the staff with American Airlines basically washed their hands of any responsibility...even though I told them I was not properly informed...and she was right in front of them...in a foreign country alone...they couldnt help us out?

Anyhow...my real concern is her return flight...same two airlines except she will be fly via London...and Terminal 5 for international flights is a maze of confusion and chaos...especially if you dont know where to go and what to do...I wasnt expecting my 15 year old to have to do that alone...and now I realize she probably will...and Im terrified for her. Not only will she have to sort her self out with transfers and luggage etc...go through security and terminal change...find the right gate etc on time...I need to worry about all the perverts that are out there waiting to pounce on young girls on their own...Im freaking out here.

I cant afford to cancel her return ticket and buy another one that doesnt have her changing airline carriers...so she can be helped through...and I cant understand why they dont have this policy for unaccompanied minors...people fly all over the world...the need for changing airlines is a give in when it comes to whats available and whats affordable...

anyone have any ideas what I can do to possibly rectify this turn of events...I cannot imagine my daughter making this trip alone without some guidance or another...and to keep her out of harms way.

and im wondering if its worth it to ship my electrical items as well. I have no idea if they will work there...but I heard if i use an adapter they will. So if i buy lots of adapters for all my electrical items...like tv...computer...microwave etc...will they work there ?

for the first 2 months it worked great...then suddenly this little robotic voice started repeating every keystroke that I made...now I cant hear myself think even...the dude is making me mental...even when I want to hear people speak over the net to me in chat...I cant hear them...I only hear the dude. I have searched everywhere trying to figure out how to shut the guy up...I dont even know how he got turned on...can anyone help on this? thanks in advance

however, youtube doesnt accept audio files..only video...so I want to combine the audio with some photos etc and make like a slideshow type thing...but Im having a lot of difficulty doing this...doesnt help that I know next to nothing about such computer doings. Can anyone advise me in a step by step approach to explain how i can combine some photos with an audio file and upload it to my youtube account...or if thats even possible.

but Internet Explorer wont let it...even when I tell it to allow for the download it wont....this one site I have always gone to and used without a problem and now it wont work cause of this...how can I get around this so the site will work? Its a site for playing games online etc.

how can I choose a reliable online college that is worth the money and time I will give it?

Ok...I have no internet knowledge other than click on a link and see what comes up.....sad but true. My question is....I started a blog....after much sweat and a few tears of getting it all set up not to mention the extreme patience of my son who is a whiz at such things...how do i make money on it? If I advertise someones product or what ever on my site how do i make money from that...everyone seems to be doing it but nobody seems to have an answer for me about it...anyone here care to give it a shot?

would you still think twice about taking it? Do we automatically assume "nothing is for free" or are there cases where something can be free.....so enjoy?

now it has bleach spots on it. Its still a good shirt but I cant imagine wearing it like that except maybe to the beach or something...would it be ok to bleach it totally then or would that ruin it? I was thinking dunk it real quick in bleach then rinse...is that possible? As you can see Im not that into laundry and the finer details of life...thanks.

I start getting that Ramadan feeling at least a month before it starts....it starts slowly but builds up until the night before Ramadan I can barely wait for it to start...dont know why but I love Ramadan and Im always very sad to see it go. People are sooo much nicer during Ramadan...we are all trying to be on our best manners...no fighting arguing....bad language etc....making peace with family or friends that you might have been estranged from...reading the Quran everyday until you have finished it...night prayers with everyone in the mosque...listening to the Quran while your cooking iftar....its really the most peaceful of times for me.

The best thing about this Ramadan coming is that I am divorced now so I will not have to put up with the bad behavoir of my ex who made us crazy cause of his inability to handle no smoking for a few hours...made our Ramadans miserable....yay for me and the kids....a smoke free pain in the *** free Ramadan...cant wait...lol.

I think this pretty much sums up the state of Islam in the world today....the Islam that God gave us in the Quran and that our prophet taught is has no similarity to what the world is being presented with today on the nightly news and in the propaganda preached to us from the minbar in soooo many mosques across the muslim world.

Islam is being abused and corrupted from without and far worse, from within.....all because from the moment our prophet passed from this life all his hard work was pretty much put on the back burner and the old ways once again took control...business as usual as the saying goes.....

i believe Islam will continue to have a negative image until enough "good men/women" stand up and refuse to remain silent against those that want to destroy its peaceful message...that includes muslims themselves that claim to be scholars, imams, leaders of any kind and yet all try and preach unIslamic priniciples disguised as Gods word.

When will you say enough is enough?

what He considers to be haram? He details everything that He forbids and goes on to tell us that the Quran is complete and nothing is left out of it...and yet muslims are so quick to say.."oh thats haram" when they in fact have no basis for that accusation. Please dont say that the prophet made it haram as the prophet was rebuked by God for forbidding something that God himself didnt forbid....

the list of what God considers haram is quite short..haram meaning absolutely forbidden...and yet the list that muslims have of whats haram could fill a library....making life very dull indeed for those that choose to follow that "everything is haram" mentality. I know some of you will say that God gives the basics and the prophet and scholars fill in the details....but that still begs the question on how they can make something haram that God himself did not? I really want to know your opinions on this...thanks.
