I am having a photo shoot in a few weeks in the woods with my partner and children, i have picked out a few outfits but was unsure of colours. would greys tops/jumpers jeans and wellies (pink wellies for my daughter) look nice against the wood background or should i go with the brighter colours blue top for my daughter green top for my son and purple top for me not sure about my partner?? i just need a bit of help!!

how can you tell a male malawi from a female? some people say egg spots but i have also read females can have these aswell.. are there any obvious signs of males and females

I got 2 fish the other day and added them to my tank (malawi's) one died with in 7 hours and the other is doing fine. should the pet shop replace my fish?

what is an ideal number of malawi's in a 60ltr tank?

I have been keeping malawi's and have a definate bhuna malawi it is black and stripy, it is the bigger of the lot and seems to be the boss of them all. it takes over all the caves and gets first pick at food. recently i have been watching it move rocks about some one said this was a sign of spawning. do the males do this aswell or just females? how can i tell if its a male or female?

I have a silver tip tetra which accidently ended up in my tank (should of been 4 zebra danios) she is one of the first fish i added to my tank so i have had her along time now, but suddenly noticed a big lump on one side and it has like stretch marks on it in a redish colour. my 2 guppies keep acting weird around her but i dont know what i could be??? and if she is pregnant who would she have mated with??? gourami? danio? mollie? guppy? scissortails?

I bout 2 golden gourami's to add to my tropical tank i have not even had them a week and one keeps floating around the tank lying at the bottom of the tank or just sitting at the top of the tank, it is hardly swimming around and when it does it ends up flipping around because it has no strength. i have taken it out the tank and it seems to be doing better on its own but again hardly any movement. i have done all my water checks everything is fine. what can be wrong with it? my other gourami keeps kssing/head butting it when they are together :(

I have recently noticed my fish have red sections in the poo im not sure which fish it has come from and there is a possibility 1 of the danio's is pregnant. i have done all my checks and water changes. but just wanted a bit of advice is this some thing to worry about?

I have 2 silver sharks, 2 bolivian rams a pitbull plec and 3 danio's 1 tetra. i want some nice colourful fish to add to these but ones that wont grow big what can anyone advise??

I have a pair of bolivian rams in my tank and just recently she has started changing colour. Her body keep chaging black i can sit and watch her for hours. It is mainly noticable when i put the tank lights on at night. is she ok??

I have 2 Bolivian rams, 2 silver sharks a pitbull plec and what i thought was 4 danio's but found out 1 is a tetra!! can i add some neolamprologus pulcher's to these?? i really need help as i dont want to go upsetting my fish that are already in there.
