My Bolivian ram keeps changing colour!! is she ok?
I have a pair of bolivian rams in my tank and just recently she has started changing colour. Her body keep chaging black i can sit and watch her for hours. It is mainly noticable when i put the tank lights on at night. is she ok??

happens to my cichlids all the time mainly my purple and yellow ones. when i turn the lights on they dont seem nearly as colourful as when the light was off. its fine its just the pigmintation and the reflection of the light.

As long as the fish is not stressed, it's fine. Make sure it has good living conditions.
