After losing the Carling Cup final yesterday do you think Arsenal will win a trophy this year?

The only trophy I believe they have a good chance in is the premier league, but I think Chelsea have to beat Man Utd on Tuesday for them to win it.

I've known this girl for a few years now. I have told her that I like her a while ago, but she was with a boyfriend at the time. I never really knew whether she felt the same way and we have stayed as friends in the meantime.

Recently I have found out that she is getting engaged to this other boyfriend that she has been with for a couple of years now. I have met him and he seems like a nice guy.

I'm really not sure whether I should try and admit my feelings again to her. I just wonder if we can realistically be friends anymore.Its just that she's incredibly good looking and it's just hard to be friends with a girl that you regard that way.

I think I could be friends with her if I had a girlfriend, and I do value having friends that are girls. Its just that I'm still very much single and I'm starting to lose hope a little bit.

Any ideas what I should do?

Has anyone else had any problems finding love throughout their lives?

I'm 25 now and I'm still a virgin, and I've never been in a relationship. I'm just starting to feel as though love really isn't worth the effort. There have been about 3 occasions where I've really liked a girl and they've always turned me down and gone off with someone else (usually a friend of mine).

Just found out yesterday that a girl who I have had a strong feelings for has just got engaged.

All my friends are in relationships and they just talk about how other girls from their past now approach them and admit that they fancy them too. Also how they are thinking about marriage.

Its making me wonder what the hell is wrong with me.

I've tried some of the Internet Dating sites but I hardly get any responses, and those that I do I seem to lose interest after a week or so.

If anyone has any suggestions how I can quell these bad feelings and try and see the more pleasent side of love please help.

Hi. I keep dreaming about this girl that I have liked for a long time.

We have been friends for a long time and although I admitted that I had feelings for her she wanted to remain as friends. She has a boyfriend at the moment.

I don't understand why I'm still dreaming about her even now. It happens a few times a month.

Hi. I met this girl a couple of months back and I've been on two dates with her.

To be honest after the one last night I'm still not sure about her. There are times in conversation when I think she has potential, and then something else happens which changes my mind.

I just think she can be a bit loud sometimes and I don't always feel that I connect with her. I don't feel as though I'm able to start conversations with her very freely like I have done with other girls in the past.

I think this TV show contains one of the most interesting sets of characters ever and the flashbacks and flashforwards have helped to establish them even more.

I admit that there is a girl that I have liked for sometime. She knows that I fancy her but she has a boyfriend at the moment. She has said that she values me as a friend a lot and that I am a nice person.

However I admit that I have problems coming to terms with this, especially when I see them together.

I'm a 24 year old guy, and I find whenever I ask girls out, they always seem to say no. It just gets frustrating. I have never had a girlfriend before but that's largely down to my confidence. I feel I'm fairly good looking. I'm always nice and courteous to women.

Most of my friends are involved in relationships and it just annoys me that I can't get anywhere near what they have achieved.

I just feel that the girls I ask seem to be taking everything at face value, and aren't willing to give me a chance just to get to know them better. I feel as though they immedietly want to put their guard down, instead of just dating gradually before getting into anything serious. It's almost as though they might be thinking this guy wants to be my boyfriend here right now.

Girls- Tell if I'm exaggerating and whether you are willing to go slow.

I sent this message to a girl, who I have feelings for. We have have agreed to stay as friends, but there is a certain awkwardness that is present when we see each other. We are at the same university but she has a boyfriend at the moment.

I sent her a text four days ago asking how she was and whether she wanted to meet up at all.

She hasn't replied yet.

I know she's probably busy but I'm just wondering whether it could have seemed like I was asking her out. I didn't intend for it to seem like that.

Hi. I have to admit I use match.com as I really don't have that much luck finding a girlfriend.

This is generally due to a lack of self-confidence on my part.

I have got a couple of girls that have expressed interest through winks but they hardly ever reply to e-mails that I send them.

I wonder whether this might because they have to subscribe to a service with match.com to be able to do that.

Any idea how I can increase the chances of responses from girls on dating sites like this, and is it really worth it?
