Cheaper for me? Am I required to adhere to trade laws and prior agreements that stipulate that I must export x amount of fruit each year etc?

From my understanding, 'apa' can be used in the same way as 'apakah' if being used informally. Is this true? For example:

Apa kamu bisa ke sana? (Can you go there?) is the same as

Apakah Anda dapat pergi ke sana? (Can you go there?)

Also, by adding -nya to certain words, the word then references his/her/it. Is this true? For example:

Ketikanya ke sana, dia membeli bir. (When she went there, she bought beer). Does 'ketikanya' work here?

Finally, when quantifying nouns, the number goes afterwards, correct? For example:

Ketikanya ke sana, dia membeli bir tiga. (When she went there, she bought three beers).

I'm a beginner in C programming, but I want to know if there is a function that can be used to determine if a float ends in a particular number. In pseudo code it would look something like:

X * Y = Z

IF Z ends in 0.5 {...} ELSE {...}

or

X * Y = Z

IF Z ends in 0.2498 {...} ELSE {...}

I've searched around but I can't find anything. This is probably because I don't know the function's name to find more information about it.

As an initial thought I presume it is scientifically beneficial to obtain data from both sexes when undertaking research. This inevitably removes any preconceived biased opinions towards men and women and does not exclude one or the other. On the other hand, research into specific aspects common to only one sex, for instance, 'Why are women in a particular community shorter than men?' are dangerous questions to answer as theories may only be drawn from either men or women.

So,why is it so important to consider sex differences when doing research?

I'm trying to construct a spellcaster lockdown deck as suggested in the title. I know I will need cards such as Secret Village of the Spellcasters, Sorcerer of Dark magic, Dark Magician, Royal Decree and Magical Dimension, but I'm stuck with the rest of the cards as I am new to the game. I wish to remove a couple of pages from a magazine and laminate them at my local crafts shop. The magazine, however, has no staples to bind it together and instead uses some sort of glue down the spine. How can I unbind the magazine.

Also, I don't mind if I have to completely unbind the entire magazine either. Thanks!

I've been researching blue-eyes shining dragon and I'm a little confused about its effect. This is its effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" you control. This card gains 300 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard. You can negate the effects of Spells, Traps, and Effect Monsters that target this card.

Can Blue-eyes shining dragon be killed with cards such as dark hole, mirror force, sakuretsu armor, hammer shot, fissure, smashing ground etc or do these cards 'target' it?

If so, which ones? Can I please get some specific examples?
