Microsoft Points and buying arcade games question?

I have a whole bunch of microsoft points for my xbox 360 and I want to buy an arcade game. I know I can buy it on my console and play it perfectly fine, BUT, if I recover my profile on my friends console and buy it for him, will he be able to play it with his own account so he can play with me over xbox live?

    Nope the games are locked into your profile, he won't be able to paly them unless he's logged into your profile.
