Can I watch the PLL finale online?! Helpp!!!?
I live in an apartment and don't have cable. I'm able to access my parents' cable network but it's Time Warner, which isn't affiliated with ABC Family GO (or for a lot of other online channels for that manner😒) is there any way I can catch the Pretty Little Liars finale (7 pm central) tonight online? Or maybe later in the week? I know most options are probably spammy, but if you know a way please let me know! I hate to have watched the whole season and just miss the finale
2 AntwortenOther - Televisionvor 7 JahrenMy HP Envy 4500 Printer is being stupid!! HELPP!!? 10 pts! Please!?
I just got this printer today. Went through the setup. Everything went fine. Wirelessly connected to my wifi and laptop. I wanted to print my weekly class schedule for this semester, which was 16 pages. It started printing normally and then, with just 4 pages left, it stopped. Just stopped. I tried to delete the job and try again, but it didn't work. I got an "unable to connect to printer" message on my laptop. I went to hp troubleshooting for the device and followed some of the steps. I had luck when I unplugged the power cord from the back of the printer and wall, and then reconnecting. I was able to print 3 of the four pages I had left, and then the same thing happened. It stopped!! With one more page to go. I don't understand. Please help! I have more documents I need to print and this is really frustrating.
1 AntwortPrintersvor 7 JahrenDo you think Frozen was all that?
I mean I enjoyed watching it. But I don't understand all this hype! Yes, the graphics were amazing, the songs were good, and Olaf was freakin hilarious. But the more I think about it, the more I realize the storyline was all over the place! On more than one occasion, I found myself thinking "well that escalated quickly" and there was not much explanation for anything! I rewatched Tangled earlier today and I think that movie is much better. Saying "its the best disney movie since Lion King" Oh I beg to differ. Does anyone agree with me?? Let's hear opinions! I'm bored. lol
11 AntwortenPolls & Surveysvor 7 JahrenWhat Bruce Willis movie is this?!?
I was flipping channels the other day and came across some movie with Bruce Willis that I didn't recognize. He was fairly young like maybe it was in the 90s. And in the scene, he was in a hotel room with a unique looking girl with an accent. He got out of the bed to get dressed and started looking for his watch. But then got really mad when he couldn't find it. Apparently the girl was supposed to get it when they were leaving the place they were at before. So he got really mad when she was like "I don't know. I thought I got it" he was throwing sh*t everywhere and talking about how important the watch was to him. After he calmed down he decided he had to go (I don't remember where) even though people were searching for him. So apparently he and the girl were on the run. What is this movie??
3 AntwortenMoviesvor 7 JahrenDo we have termites? Help please!?
Yesterday I woke up and noticed a small mass of tiny black and white particles on my wall. I looked closer and saw small off white bugs behind the mass, in a hole, and continuing to push more particles out. I was like crap. Termites in my wall. I didn't mess with it because I had somewhere to be. But I asked my dad to check it out while I was out. At this point, my anxiety was already through the roof. Anyway when I got home he had scraped off the particles and said he didn't see any bugs. But sprayed Bengal into the hole. Well I know what I saw. So we did more investigating today. Knocked and pushed on all the walls...no hollow sounds or soft areas. Dad pulled back the carpet and base board under the area. There was a hole in the corner of the Sheetrock behind the baseboard. But no damage to any of the wood surrounding the entire area. At least that we could see or feel. There were some tiny dead bugs in that corner. They looked like ants that had been dead for a while.
But I could be wrong. We also checked the wall from outside. No termite tunnels or other evidence. My dad doesn't think there are termites, as they would've eaten through the wood. He still sprayed Bengal along the entire baseboard before pushing it back into place but concluded there's nothing to worry about. However, because I was so bothered by those bugs I saw, I've been doing so much research. I read about termite exit holes and was sure that's what I witnessed. And even though we checked everything and sprayed a ton of bug spray, I still have terrible anxiety about it. That part of the wall is right beside me when I sleep. And I hate the idea of termites or other tiny bugs crawling around in tunnels just a foot away from me. I wonder if we didn't find anything because I happened to witness the very early stages of termite destruction. And maybe they could still be doing damage as I type this. I've read a lot about this but I wasn't able to find a definite answer. I have very bad anxiety and even with both parents telling me not to worry, I can't help but do just that. If anyone has any information or similar experiences to share, I'd really appreciate it. Did I see termites? Ants? Something else? Help please!! Thanks in advance for even reading this book I just wrote 😁

I have a fourth generation iPod touch with iOS 6.1.3. For the past week, I have not been able to send imessages. When I try, it acts like its gonna send but ultimately says "not delivered" every time. I've tried turning my iPod off for a while and turning it back on, closing out of the app completely, and turning my wifi off and back on (yes my wifi works fine). I've had the "not delivered" problem in the past but one of the above methods always fixed the issue. This is the first time the problem has remained for an extended period of time. Are there some other ways to fix this? I'm out of ideas! Help please?!
2 AntwortenOther - Electronicsvor 8 JahrenHEY PTs! Will I get into Physical Therapy school?!?
I am a senior exercise science major and am applying to DPT programs which start next fall. First, here are my stats.
3.8 pre req GPA (3.97 overall)
150 verbal and 154 quantitativd GRE (just average I know but I'm taking it again soon)
>300 volunteer/observation hours by the end of this semester.
My hours come from four different locations, however, the majority are outpatient hours. I have observed about 20 hours inpatient therapy in hospital rooms, lots of aquatic therapy, and a little wound care, but I worry if this is still not enough variety. I've talked with a therapy tech at my current intern site who is also applying, and I feel like he has so much more experience, especially because he actually has a job as a tech. I have learned a lot throughout my experiences but, being a volunteer, I'm not really allowed to do anything hands-on. I realize that DPT programs are very competitive. Up until recently, I was feeling pretty confident in my chances of getting in. Now I'm really second-guessing myself. Based on my info, would it be safe to assume that I will at least get an interview? What are the key things that the DPT admission committees look for? And if I am invited to an interview, what kinds of questions might be asked? Any info will help and will be greatly appreciated!

1 AntwortPrimary & Secondary Educationvor 8 JahrenWhy does the US have a higher mortality rate than Malaysia?
The following are crude mortality rates for the US and Malaysia in 2009
United States
Crude mortality rate = 800 per 100,000
Crude mortality rate = 14 per 1,000
Life expectancy = 77.7 years
Malaysia
Crude mortality rate = 500 per 100,000
Crude mortality rate = 23 per 1,000
Life expectancy = 72.2 years
Can the lower crude death rate in Malaysia be explained by the fact that the United States
has a larger population? What factors could explain differences in birth rates and life
expectancy?
This is for my epidemiology class. Initially, I figured that a larger population would explain a higher mortality rate. More people equals more deaths right? But the rate is lower when 1,000 is used for the rate so I got confused. As far as the second question, I'd assume that there are differences in medicine and different diseases that are present. But info on this would help too. Im mainly concerned with how to elaborate on my answer. This is a discussion post, so I don't want to put one-word answers. I need a better understanding. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

3 AntwortenPhysicsvor 8 JahrenMuscle knots in upper back?? Please read and answer!?
Bare with me here...So I've had some serious muscle knots in my back for probably a year now (likely more). I've had a deep tissue massage and it helped but not nearly enough. A few days later I was back to the knots. I wouldn't say i'm in pain, per say, from these knots. It just gets really uncomfortable sitting in a chair or standing or laying on my back. It's like I constantly feel tension in my back and I can never fully relax my muscles back there. I'm most comfortable when I go to bed and sleep on my stomach. I've had my mom use her elbow to massage my back and she can feel the rivets and bumps everywhere (especially right inside my shoulder blades). Basically, this problem has become really annoying.
I've been to my general doctor twice about this. The first time, he prescribed me muscle relaxers, which did nothing other than put me to sleep. Six months later I visited him again (this past friday) and he's referring me to a neurologist. I'm thinking maybe this will give me more answers. However, I've been doing research, and it seems like with these knots, the muscles, nerves, AND possibly a misaligned bone in the spine could be involved. So that brings me to wonder if i'll also need to see a chiropractor?? I won't see the neurologist for a few weeks most likely, so I'm just really curious and want to find out as much as I can now. Because these muscle knots are REALLY annoying.
To give a little more information about me...I think there are three things that could have caused, or be affecting, my back problems
1. I'm overweight
2. I have (and have always had) very heavy breasts. which i think could pull on the muscles in my neck and upper back
3. I was a weightlifter in high school - this i think is the biggest thing. I power lifted in school..we did the squat, bench, and deadlift. Squat was my best event and I'd frequently have weights in the 300 lb. range on my shoulders when practicing and competing. And on a few occasions, I lifted 420 lbs. While i never had an injury or severe pain in my back after lifting those weights, I'm wondering if this could have caused any problems that are coming back to bite me in the butt now.
So there are my concerns. I am seeing doctors for this but I just want to see if I can get any feedback from those of you who may have had experience with this or know about the causes and treatments for severe muscle knots and discomfort. Any information would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Steam at 100°C is bubbled into 0.200 kg of water at 15°C in a calorimeter cup. How much steam will have been added when the water in the cup reaches 62°C? (Ignore the effect of the cup.)
The formula I have says to calculate the mass of the steam by:
mass of the water x heat constant of water x change in water temp / - heat constant of steam x change in steam temp.
I get .52 but that's not right. What am I missing? Please help. Thanks!

If the rms speed of the molecules in an ideal gas at 60°C increases by a factor of two, what is the new temperature?
From my notes and sites online, it says I can calculate rms speed by taking the square root of the temperature. And to double the speed, you'd have to quadruple the temperature. Ok I did that but 240 is not the answer (according to my homework site). So how should the new temperature be calculated?? I'm lost. help please! thanks

I actually have the answer already. It should be 5.5e29 but I don't know how to get to that. I realize a lot of other people on yahoo have posted this question but each person gives a different way of solving it so I have no clue which one is correct. Some say use kepler's 3rd law, some say use Newton's. so I know it should be one of those (preferably the easier)

I typically do lots of practice problems to prepare for the exams. But because every problem is different, I guess it's been difficult to make the concepts stick...especially for those nasty multistep problems. I want to be able to look at a problem and the given variables and immediately know how to get started. But I'd really appreciate any physics test taking or studying tips that any of you might have! Thank you in advance!
