iMessage won't work on my iPod touch!?
I have a fourth generation iPod touch with iOS 6.1.3. For the past week, I have not been able to send imessages. When I try, it acts like its gonna send but ultimately says "not delivered" every time. I've tried turning my iPod off for a while and turning it back on, closing out of the app completely, and turning my wifi off and back on (yes my wifi works fine). I've had the "not delivered" problem in the past but one of the above methods always fixed the issue. This is the first time the problem has remained for an extended period of time. Are there some other ways to fix this? I'm out of ideas! Help please?!

be sure to make sure you have the number in as 1 (555); or whatever your area code is. DONT FORGET THE 1, ITS IMPORTANT! if this isn't the problem, take it to an apple store, and they should be able to figure out what the problem is.

Yes iPod touches can send messages to other iOS5 devices including iPhone,iPad and iPod touch using iMessage.
