Everyonce in a while when I wash my Ralph Lauren Polo shirts I get spots on them. Do you know what is causing this/how to prevent it? It only seems to happen to this brand and usually in the same load of laundry. I am follow the washing directions but it still happens. i tried switching detergents but I noticed it again after a while.

About 3 weeks ago I put an offer in on a short sale house. The seller (current occupant

) accepted the offer and it was passed on to the bank. The house has two mortgages on it, both with JP Morgan Chase for a total of $350,000 and only 5 years since the house was bought.

I was just wondering if 1. If any one had experience with Chase in regards to short sales, 2. How long I can expect to wait to hear anything from the bank.

So here is the deal. I am currently have an iPhone that is billed to my parents family plan. I just got a new job that will pay for 50% of any phone plan that I have. So I am planning on canceling my plan with my parents when the new iPhone comes out, my only concern and question is... Will I be able to keep my phone number if I do it this way? I do not want to loose my phone number and will figure something else out to prevent this from happening.

I am going to buy a house, so my grandparents gave me some money for a down payment so I figured I would pay down my credit cards to help improve my credit score to hopefully I get a better interest rate on the house. So my question is how long does it take my credit report to reflect the decrease in debt? and also if it takes a while are there anyways of speeding it up?

Specifically if I plug my computer into my TV using an HDMI cable and the use a DVD recorder? I plan on buying a DVD recorder if I can, but do not want to buy one if it will not work.

I have been thinking about buying a house, but because I plan on going to law school in two years I have decided to buy a condo instead. If I buy a condo will I still qualify for the $8k tax credit for first time home buyers?

Ok so I had a girlfriend for a little over a year and we broke up a few months ago. I have just been having fun, but there is this girl I am really into. All our friends kind of laugh at us, I am over a foot taller than her (She is 5'3 and I am 6'4)... I do not really care but it seems to bother her. Is it that I am so much taller or that her friends are laughing? I just want her to be comfortable around me I am really starting to like her.

Any advice would be appreciated.

So I have athletes foot on my left foot that I have not been able to get rid of for a while. I have been using Tanactin cream and spray for about 2 weeks and there has not been any improvement. Are there any better solutions that work quick?

I have been working 40+ hours a week school another 20 hours a week, I just broke up with my girlfriend and have been unsuccessful in my attempt to buy a new house (I keep getting outbid)

I am in serious need of a vacation, however with the going to school and the wanting to buy a house I can not afford to go out of town. I do not want to stay in my house because I need to get away from my roommates.

I can only spend about $500. I was not able to do the whole spring break thing this year because I was not able to get off work.

Any help would be much appreciated, i just need to get away for a little while.

I am thinking about doing my part to support the auto industry and buying a new car.

I have a price range around $50,000. I want a manual transmission convertible, preferably with a V8. I am 6'3" and am looking for a fun car during spring/summer.

I just bought a new truck last week, and am now looking for a car.

I would appreciate any suggestions, I am currently leaning toward the new Mustang GT500 or Saleen.

The 50k is just the cash I am willing to drop, I am willing to make payments after that if I have to.

I am going to put a new stereo in my 2005 f150, mostly because I want to be able to listen to my iphone while I drive. I would also like to use the bluetooth in the phone so that I can take calls.

I would really appreciate some advice on this one, I am not sure which of the stereos I have looked at would work with my phone.

I have a 2005 F-150 FX4 and want to be able to use my iphone both to listen to music and make calls. I know the new system ford created would allow me to do both.

So I dropped my 3g iphone and the screen cracked. I want to replace the phone. So much will it cost me to get a new one?

My roommate just got back from semester at sea a few months ago(a cruise around the world and take college credits)

Just for fun I started checking it out, my parents found out and offered to front me the money for next fall. I would jump at the opportunity, but after looking at the classes, it would really push me back a semester. Should I do it? I plan on going to law school and really want to get started, but it is a cruise around the world. Any suggestions?

America has taken the first step, we elected Barack Obama. But are you ready to work to truly improve the country. We need to continue in making our voices heard, and we need to make sure that our elected representatives work to fix the mess we are in, and bring about the change that so many Americans are hoping for?

I am listening to his concession speech, and he is beginning to get some of the respect back that he lost, in my opinion. What do you think.
