Can The army force me to reclass.?
currently a 74D but my MOS has no slots, I only took this job because it was reserve with a large bonus and I plan on doing ROTC anyways. The fact is they are telling me since they have no open 74D slots they will be turning me into a 92Y (supply guy). Is that even ok can I get a combat reserve MOS? will I lose my bonus like wtf is going on ive been getting F'd over by the military left and right and I haven't even been to basic yet.

I read your question but not the details. No they can't make you become a 92Y. i thought you were already in. you're not even in the Army yet. Pick an MOS you want or don't join. You could always wait on a slot for 74D but it sounds like the meps detailer messed with you. It's a pain. You might not be able to keep it if they didn't lock you in. You were never a 74D if they didn't lock it for you. Either there is something you're not telling or they are flat *** lying to you.
