We make white chocolate iced oatmeal raisin balls which are amazing and we do a different thumbprint that are delicious you just follow your regular recipe but omit the peanut butter and make up a mixture of coconut flakes and crushed walnuts roll the cookies in egg white then the coconut mix and fill the thumbprint with your favorite jam we do raspberry strawberry and apricot

we usually used to just make the slice-and-bake cookies, but since i've gotten into baking a bit this year, we'll be having more homemade cookies :D

I like this icing decoration method my Mum showed me. You mix icing sugar, food dye and water and this can allow you to make so many designs, I find it cute, you can use it on any type of biscuit from Christas to Easter to Birthdays to school lunch boxes! Here's the video;
