Wouldn't it actually not be the healthier option since it doesn't contain iodine, which is a necessary nutrient for the human body?

i've been hearing lately that drinking a lot of tea can stain your teeth. I have also heard that it is the caffeine in the tea that stains your teeth. If I only drink decaffeinated green tea and herbal tea, will it still stain my teeth?

for example, like in confectioners sugar

I came across this recipe for three ingredient Nutella brownies the other day

1 1/4 cup Nutella

2 eggs

1/2 cup all purpose flour

Obviously I know they would no longer be considered brownies, but could I use peanut butter instead of Nutella when making this?

I was planning on making a blueberry crumb cake for my mom for Mother's Day. In the recipe, it calls for lemon zest. If I leave this out, will it affect it in any way?

It calls for baking it at 350 in a 9 x 13 inch pan for thirty minutes. If I wanted to make it in a bundt pan, would the baking time be different?

I was planning on making banana bread tomorrow, so earlier this week I bought some bananas. Well, i must've gotten immortal bananas because after about five days they have barely gotten any yellower, let alone ripe enough to make banana bread with. I even tried putting them in a brown bag, but that didn't work either.

I heard a trick where if you put bananas in the oven, they will get black on the outside but soft and sweet on the inside. Does this actually work?

So about a week ago I got elastics/rubber bands on my braces, and the first day or two they were super tight and I felt like I could barely open my mouth. Now they feel really loose and I can already open my mouth a lot wider easily. Why do they feel so much looser? Is it because my teeth have already moved?

Okay, so over the past year, my weight had dropped pretty dramatically, so today my mom decided to make a doctors appointment for me and i'm going in tomorrow. I may just be being stupid, but i'm honestly scared. I did have eating problems over the summer (only eating around 500-600 calories a day. I regret it deeply) but i've gotten alot better (now i'm eating more like 1250-1450 calories a day)

I know it's not a ton, but i've never been used to eating a ton. I come from a family of light eaters. But i do want to gain the weight back, because i hate seeing everyone around me so concerned.

But getting to the point, can anybody tell me what it will be like at the doctor tomorrow? Like, what will they do to check me out and what kind of things do you think they might put me on to get me do gain more weight? Or will they put me on some kind of meal plan?

So my friend made these chocolate chip cookies, and they were like the best I've ever had, so I got the recipe from him. The only thing though is that the cookie was a little too buttery for me. The butter flavor hits you right when you take a bite, and it was a little overwhelming. I noticed that the recipe called for two sticks of butter, so I was going to reduce it down to one stick. Will that change the way they bake, or will it just make the cookie taste less buttery like I intended for?
