Classic Southern Pecan Pie

Materials:Serves: eight-10, Yield: 1 pie 1 (9 inch) pie crusts three tremendous eggs three/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup darkish corn syrup 1/3 cup butter, melted 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped alternate Measurements: US recommendations:Prep Time: 5 minsTotal Time: 55 minutes 1Defrost frozen pie crust.2Combine eggs and subsequent 5 constituents.3Stir in pecans.4Pour into pie shell.5Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes (filling will show up tender).6Cool on a rack.71 frozen deep-dish pastry shell may be substituted. Just right good fortune.

The bottle of regular corn syrup has a recipe for pecan pie on it that is well tested and delish too= )

You boil the corn syrup and sugar together (don't worry, it's easy!) and it gives it a deep, rich, amazing flavor. :)
