i was watching good eats on foodnetwork and saw a stiped bass covered in salt and baked, looked pretty good

im not sure what he calls it but many countries do that and it has a few different names but its verry good and believe it or not its not salty at all and ad a few lemons and thyme in his belly and your good too go

Covered or incased in salt? If it's incased in salt it's just as the way it's made, "salt baked bass".
