where to order military rings?

Question

My husband is graduating from AF Tech school as a Military Working Dog Handler. I know they make rings for K-9, but I can't seem to find them anywhere online. I've seen a couple with them, but they purchased them from the base itself during school. Does anyone know of anywhere online that sells them?

I've found many sites that make military rings, most with career specific insignia's, but nothing for military working dogs
