you know that sound that only teens can hear......?

Some people can hear higher frequencies than others. It's not a teen thing, but it tends to go away for some people as they get older and their eardrums get streched out.

It's a certain frequency that some younger people are able to hear, however it's not just teens.

Shop keepers were banned from using them in an attempt to stop teens loitering outside.

That's very rare. I can hear it and my sister can. I keep it as a ringtone. You might just have a rare type of hearing. I am not sure if that is possible but you never know.

It's the sound of air rushing between their ears. You don't ever want to hear that sound. I promise you it's worth not listening to.

Other people besides teen can hear it too. That's why they quit usin it at some places.
