Hi there. First of all Im really sorry to hear what you are going through and Im guessing that you considered suicide as a way out of the unbearable painful loss of your wife and the lonliness.

Secondly I want to suggest that you take a step back and look at the way your reacting to the loss. Because personally I think that if suicide ever enters your mind as a solution, it should be taken as a warning that you have lost a healthy perspective along the way somewhere.

You are in control of how much it takes from you. Dont give your life because you no longer have your wife.

You are a stronger person than you know, my friend.

Not a lot of people can ignore the sweet melody of suicide's song.
