Hallo
Am Samstag wurde meine Kreditkarte vom Automaten eingezogen. Ich habe 2 mal den PIN falsch eingegeben. Beim 3. Mal war er korrekt, trotzdem wurde meine Karte eingezogen.
Kann ich die Karte bei der Bank wo die Karte eingezogen wurde abholen oder müssen Sie mir eine neue Karte schicken?

Hmm, habs mal versucht.
On Saturday my credit card was confiscated by the automatic machine. I had entered the wrong PIN twice. The third time it had been correctly entered but though, my credit card was confiscated. Is it possible to fetch the card from the concerned bank or do you have to send me a new one?

Hello,
last Saturday my credit card was retracted after I had typed in the wrong PIN twice. At third try I used the right PIN, but my card was retracted nevertheless.
Can I fetch my card at the bank where it has been collected or will you have to send me a new one.
