Wouldn't the M be the same as the number of H+, so that it could be calcutated with the antilog of the ph?

Could you please help me with this:

Calculate how many mL of a HCl solution (0,5% m/v) have to be added to 4,00 L of water to bring the ph level to 3,00 (mr HCl=36,46).

I calculates that the molarity of the HCl solution is 0,137 M, but since the ph is 3 the molarity of the final solution is 0,001. So the end equation would be 1l:0,137M=xl:0,001.

Mio figlio, assieme a un gruppo di amici, voleva fare un corso estivo a Londra, però abbiamo incontrato dei problemi per quanto riguarda il volo: sono in 15 circa e non riescono a trovare un accompagnatore per il volo. I was looking at At&t's internet offers and I noticed that the maximum download speed available is 6 Mbps, and it seams a bit strange as here in Italy we have 50Mbps standard and the wireless internet is 20Mbps. So it seams a bit strange that in America you only have 6Mbps. Why?
