could you pleas translate this for me in english, with the correct tense, is it past present or future?

Do I need to show a return or onward destination ticket every time I extend my visa in the philippines? my ticket expires so thats why I was wondering.

I am flying to Manila for 20 days from the US, if I go there and decide to stay longer than 21 days, do I have to apply for a visa over there, or do I apply for a visa EXTENSION? and also will they ask me for a return ticket if the ticket I purchased expired, or do they not ask you for a return ticket when you extend your visa over there? I am planning to get a visa when I arrive there I just don't know if they will give me one even if my return ticket is only 20 days later? and if I stay there and extend my stay every two months, will I have to keep delaying my return ticket every two months or do they not ask for it anymore? anyways....so when you have gone on your water fast for longer than 2 weeks...if you have done enemas or so have you noticed ORANGE colored water coming out??? what does that mean?? any ideas?

I've been wanting to have a lucid dream lately, and I've been having dreams where IN MY DREAM...I tell myself..."oh Cheri I think you're having a lucid dream" then I try to fly and I couldn't lol...I mean is everything possible in a lucid dream??...does dreaming of flying mean that you are having a lucid dream??? and can you dream of having a lucid dream???

or could you just tell by symptoms???

I was sneezing a lot like five days ago and I was fine though...then I felt a sharp pain in my ear that only lasted for a few seconds and a few days later which was two days ago I was perfectly fine until 6 pm and SUDDENLY started coughing and getting really tired.had a hard time breathing..then the second day my temperature was 104....I stayed like this for a few hours suffering until I was able to get medication called COMTREX...so I took it and my temp went down to normal then 7 hours later it went up again to 102!!....my cough is dry but occasionaly once or twice I get brownish mucus...my body cant move really unless I take the med....I dont know what to do....should I wait a few days and see if my temp goes down by itself??? I dont know if I have a bacterial infection along with the flu and need anti biotics?? can anyone help :(
